Great experience for our family. Clean rooms, great service. Complementary breakfast was fried eggs both days, with sausage, cereal, boiled eggs, yoghurt, waffle maker, bagels, bananas, toast, etc. You get to choose. Hotel itself was nice and quiet. It's old of course, but rooms were impeccably clean. My only wish is that they had a pool but that won't deter us from going back. Thank you for your great service and a great stay over Thanksgiving with our family.
Clean rooms and public areas in this affordable hotel with a great continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the internet access was solid. The vending machines were fully stocked. It’s next to a Mexican restaurant and across the street from a second restaurant and a grocery store. We will definitely stay there again.
I recently stayed at the AmericInn by Wyndham in West Bend, and it was a great experience. The breakfast they serve is fantastic, with a variety of options that start the day off right. The price was perfect for the accommodations—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but also gave us our space, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it's a great value, and I’m already planning to stay here again in October! Stay was 8/23-8/27

I recently stayed again at the AmericInn and had an amazing experience. Andy and his staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, which really made me feel at home. You can tell they take great pride in maintaining the place!
One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning. It was delicious, with plenty of options to kickstart my day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and regularly restocked by the attentive staff. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with a great breakfast to wake up to, AmericInn is the place to be! I’ll definitely be back.

A nice hotel where we have stayed before. The rooms were maintained and what you would expect. The breakfast was good but we miss the pancake machine. Not a waffle person and we had loved the pancakes in the past.
First impression was not favorable. We didn't realize when the reservation was made that there wasn't a pool. Since the RNC was taking place on Monday (we checked in the previous Friday) the rates jumped from $140 to $210 for a normal room. We tried to upgrade our room to a King with hot tub - and was told that it would be an extra $100/night for the hot tub. Upon walking into the room, it smelled musty/moldy. TV was smaller than 32" - which is not typical of any of our previous hotel stays at other chains. This hotel needs a major renovation if all the rooms were like ours. Went to breakfast in the morning, and the first thing that caught my eye was the stains on the salt & pepper packages, and next to the packages was a sausage link. Didn't check to see if it was warm or not. Other packaged condiments were in the same condition - ketchup packages were bloated, ready to explode and overheard someone say they were expired. Husband used the honey, that looked like it was old as well. When we checked out, we were not asked how our stay was or any other kind of greeting. Would NOT Recommend!
Beware... this hotel charged my credit card over $70 for unknown expenses. I stayed at this hotel for one night of business travel. My employer paid for the room with the company credit card, but I had to provide my own credit card when I arrived for incidentals. I found a $70+ dollar charge on my credit card statement at the end of the month, and did not incure any expenses while I was there. I literally slept, woke up, and left early the next morning to get to a conference. I have spent over a month speaking with the hotel to reverse the charge or receive a refund. Everytime I speak with the employee who answeres the phone, Andy, he tells me he "just" fixed it and it will take 3 days to show up. I call again after three days, and he tells me a new story about why I still have not received the refund. Today he said it's his managers fault now (Mike?). I've asked to speak with a manager every time I have called, and Andy states the manager is not in. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
The rooms were clean, but small. A few little odds and ends were off, but overall a clean, inexpensive hotel when and where we needed one.
We stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding near the hotel. The rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful! The staff was so, so friendly and accommodating. They recognized us from when we checked in and answered all of our questions so nicely. Just a superb experience all around. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.
