We booked the deluxe king room, walked into the lobby which had a cute the fire place. Walked into the room, I noticed they did not have hand soap, just the dove cleansing bar for face and body. I did ask for soap and he said they were out of stock. The jacuzzi in the room was nice. The fridge had mold in it, the bedding had a large blood stain that did not look like it was washed and the vanity light over the sink had two light bulbs out. Overall, it was a fine place for a night but I wouldn't go back.
Gave this a star because the page made me, but it should be zero. The outside of this hotel looked ok, but the rooms and pool were gross. Holes in the walls down the hallway and holes in the doors in our room. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long, shelves were covered in dust and crumbs, and the mirrors were filthy. We actually had to ask for a new room because the first one smelled like a wet dog. When we got back around 9:00, most of the rooms were very loud. Fortunately we weren’t around any of them. The pool looked really cool, but was also dirty. A lot floating at the bottom, including moths. The window on one of the doors was completely cracked.
Super frustrating too because the hotel I wanted was booked, so I was talked into this one for a MUCH higher price by their reservations person. I was told the price was worth it. Clearly they’d never stayed here. Definitely will not be back.
This place is a dump. Everything about it was gross. You can feel the dirt on your feet when you walk in the pool. The rooms are a disaster. We had chex mix on the floor in our room from a previous resident. Our group elected not to use the shower because it was so gross. We were expecting a budget stay but this was worse then we had planned. Better off spending the extra money or finding another stop.
They are super polite. Management is great. They extremely helpful people also rooms are real clean. The room furnitures clean and new. Hotel quiet also good for family stay. Totally i like all service.
Location is good almost in the city you can reach many spaces by walk. Strongly recomended.
Passing through to Green bay and stayed here. It was a enjoyable experience . Rooms were great and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again ????????
Please pay the extra money and stay somewhere CLEAN! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The headboard had greasy fingerprints on it. The two chairs, lamp shade, and bed sheets had several stains on them. I would recommend bringing shower shoes to avoid stepping on previous residents hair and soap scum in the shower. I was hoping after walking on crumbs up the stairs to my room that my room carpet would at least be vacuumed. I’m not sure what carpet looked worse, the hallways or my room.
If I could give below 0 stars I would. For $169 + tax for one night I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I am not a picky person but this place was disgusting. Every surface inside and out, including the lobby and side doorways, covered in grit and grime. The room was so filthy and smelled like cheesy funk. Thankfully the windows opened so we could get some fresh air. We were in town for a soccer tournament. Ext year we’ll be looking for a clean place to stay. Can’t believe this place is allowed to operate and also serve food ????
If you're looking for a cheap stay, this is your place but you may also get to see people blatantly smoking meth and crack or making camp outside the entrance. Our room was dirty with crumbs near the beds(which are long overdue for replacement and not bad back friendly), our sofa bed needed someone to sit on it to even get it to stay down for use, the jetted tub would turn on at any time without human assistance and the halls smelled of people cooking in their rooms. We were never warmly greeted at all but one of our comings or goings, and while our kids enjoyed the pool, expect to see people using it as a bath and quite overcrowded. They do day passes to the pool for $10.
