The rooms are disgusting. The walls were so stained. The carpets were filthy. And the sheets were dirty. We asked for fresh sheets, and they said they had none left. We also asked for a different room because we refused to sleep there, especially with our kids. They wouldn't let us change rooms or get a refund. It's absolutely horrible. Do not rent a room at this place!
Great great place to stay all because of Chelsea. She literally gave me and my family the best service while staying here. We have been staying in hotels for about 3 weeks and I’m mad we didn’t know about this one sooner. Rooms are huge, clean and beds are comfortable, when I first read the reviews on here I was worried and she even let me see my room before i decided if I wanted to stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel & I just appreciate Chelsea so much.
Staff at desk very friendly and kind. Great quiet outside on our hall. No loud noises.
Our bathroom was clean, but the table by our bed was filthy. I had to use the only washcloth in the room to clean it. It turned brown.
The wall next to our bed had a filthy substance thrown onto it and dried. Couch and carpet badly and grossly stained.
Elevator smelled awful, honestly.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE. It is nasty. Wall paper peeling off the walls. No lights in the hallway. The protective lock on our door was broken. The room smelled like weed. The bathroom fixtures were rusty. Our vehicle was broken into and the manager could not be bothered with it. The police even told us to not stay in the area.
Terrible Hotel. The cleanliness standards are beyond low; stains on towels, pillows and beds, in addition to there were bed bugs in the damn mattresses. Will never be staying here again.
What in the world happened to this place? Renovation is needed ASAP!!! Being in a dominant black area, we have to do better as a community & not having our establishment looking rundown & filthy. We need to take pride in our community. This place shouldn’t be looking neglected. The staff, however, was friendly & professional.
Positive: The price for the room was great Negative: The room was completely dirty, roaches in the sink,the couch was so nasty could not even sit down on it,the manager was completely rude to me even doing check out she asked me how long was my ride going to take as if I couldn?t sit in the waiting area,
This by far is the worst hotel, and to be affiliated with Wyndham is crazy. Check in the card declined. Even my classmates did too. Rooms are nasty and smell. Carpet is filthy, had to ask for sheets to be changed. There were plenty of us staying at the hotel for my friend's 60th birthday event. One of the worker's came in PJ's and no shoes. This is the Bates motel, not a hotel. Tub is nasty, lucky I had Lysol . The 5 days we were here no ONE and I mean no took our trash out or cleaned our room. This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I believe the rooms are moldy, which triggered my allergies. Don't know why I stayed 5 days(I'm kicking myself for that) but it was my gf wknd so we all made the best of it. Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
