If I could give a 10 star I would! Melissa the GM was absolutely a pleasure to work with! The staff was also great! Especially Corretta! Her and Melissa and staff were just so great to our kids. We came for a softball tournament at the Louisville sports complex. Originally we were disappointed we didn’t get right in the area of the complex, but after meeting them and seeing the hotel, we will only book here in the future! Thank you so much you guys, rooms were great, breakfast was great, the hotel is clean and extremely welcoming! Hands down the best Wyndham hotel I’ve stayed at, and I work for one!
We loved it room was clean Shyann was very accommodating we couldn’t walk that far and she gave us the perfect room close to elevator. I’m not sure which one but I think it was Shanon she fixed any and everything was very attentive as well, Lana also was very nice and helpful at the front desk. I think Sara was the one that prepared the breakfast oh my she was wonderful and made sure everything was clean and stocked she was great every name I mentioned should get a raise they were awesome great team.
We needed place to stay while power was being restored in our neighborhood, had a very comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The service was excellent and the breakfast bar had everything we needed for our morning wake up. Highly recommend.
Although an older hotel, it was very clean, beds comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. The only complaint I have is the lighting. The turn off/on lights next to the bed are very high. You have to get out if bedla to turn them off. Also the lighting around the mirror is not bright enough to put on make up.
The temperature was completely controllable; the room was clean; it was very quiet. At check-in, the receptionist asked if I needed anything, and seemed interested in the answer. The shades blocked out the streetlights. The breakfast was sufficient and fresh. I felt safe, and slept well.
Was very impressed with such a low cost hotel stay. We grabbed two conjoined rooms for our large family and payed less for them than we would one room typically. Was very clean, beds very comfortable, staff super friendly, and the breakfast options were amazing. Loved we could make our own breakfast burritos. Definitely will stay here again on our yearly cross country trip!
We just stayed at this hotel as a last minute decision on our way home from Minnesota. Super easy to get to, right off the highway and it wasn't too busy of an area it seemed. When we went to get checked in and get a room, the lady at the front desk, (who's name I did not catch unfortunately) was Incredibly nice and helpful. She mentioned that they had a bunch of family's and kids running around and put us on the 3rd floor where it was a little quieter, she made sure we got the proper discounts all and really just made the whole check in experience very pleasant after a very stressful day. And of course the rooms were very well kept and clean. Will definitely look into staying at this hotel again if I pass through Peoria.
Wonderful place to stay. Nice rooms and pool. Very clean. The desk clerk when checking in was extremely pleasant.
Has a very convenient coffee machine in the lobby. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast in the morning, very plain tasting, and should have gone for the waffles instead of the eggs and sausage.
