Best WLM Reviews
We were here for an extended stay due to a fire. The entire staff here was so accommodating. We especially appreciated the hot breakfast options and the laundry facility. Everything was always super clean and the staff was very helpful and always smiling and friendly.
I absolutely loved my long term stay at this establishment, the service was amazing everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They keep very good care of their rooms and main areas. 5 stars. Thank you for your hospitality throughout the time my home was under renovation. Cash worked with the insurance and kept us comfortable.
Probably one of the nicest and cleanest Americiinn's I have stayed at. Only downfall was that Hot Tub was out of service. We would have really enjoyed it after a long day of skiing at Wild Mountain.
Have stayed here many, many times and never had a problem. Located right of I-35 in North Branch it is surrounded by places to eat, get gas, get groceries, liquor stores, and much more. Remodel was completed in May, while we were here, and the room was beautiful on my return in September.
The service was great. The breakfast was very good. They had a new pancake machine. That was really fun and easy. The bed was comfortable and clean and the pillows were firm. The carpeting could stand to be updated in the lobby area.
Did not really have the ability to see the service, but at the beginning of our stay, i left the cart at the bottom of the steps (accident). But someone kindly put it back as I was walking back. Also, I was able to use the hot tub, but no one was eager to tell us that the tub was closing. Left my beater shoe's and they actually returned them so earned that one about the service.
Room was in excellent condition, super clean! Staff and management were very friendly! Kids loved playing on the pool! Will definitely stay again!
Great location-close to many restaurants, fast food, shopping, right off of the highway. They are putting a lot of work into upgrading the property and it looks great! Hotel staff are always welcoming. I stay at least once a month and it is a very nice hotel.
