The room seemed clean but everything seemed to be bare minimum. The worst sleep I have had in a hotel ever, the pillows were junk, the heater smelled too much to run so it was cold and we had no extra blankets. The breakfast was all bare minimum, no fresh fruit or any kind of prepared food offered. Would not recommend. Sorry I stayed here.
When arriving to the hotel, I asked to check in a couple hours early and was told I’d be a $30 fee. So I left and came back and I couldn’t help but notice a strong smell, kinda like cleaning products in the lobby, but it was really strong. Our room is on the first floor, so the smell never went away. The first thing I checked was the beds and noticed stains all on the side of the bed and a couple stains on top of the bed. I know I couldn’t sleep there and the smell was unbearable so I asked for a refund and we went to a different hotel. They charged me $50 and gave me the rest of my money back which I appreciated but wish I could have left without spending anything there.
The staff and their kindness was amazing! We were at the very end on the 2nd floor. The elevator is a long walk to the room, when carrying multiple bags and kids things. Also, there was no ice machine, you have to go down the long hallway to the elevator or take the stairs. I took the stairs, it's easier. The breakfast was good for such a small area (we aren't breakfast food people), and again I want to say how kind they were! Parking is tight, make sure you do the horseshoe around to exit, if not you end up blocking the traffic coming in (yep I did that stupid thing). There's arrows but I was so exhausted, went to get pizza for my kids just before midnight and realized what I did when a truck had to wait on me. I felt so bad!! Our room was extremely humid! I bought $1.25 moisture traps at the dollar store. It's not the Hilton, but it's safe, it's decent for a night and the staff is helpful.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! Hard to understand their heavy foreign accents. Owner hides in one of the rooms, won't return calls, and his staff/management are horrible! They double charge. Had to call the cc company to resolve. THEY ARE NOT ADA Service Animal friendly. Even though my dog is certified PTSD, and seizure trained. Customer service is atrocious and degrades this hotel. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Let’s start with the positives…Location was great, AC worked great, and the water for the shower was hot.

Now on to the negatives…We drove 3.5hrs to spend a girls weekend after graduating nursing school so we arrived fairly late in the night. When we arrived to check in the guy at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming. There is only one elevator and it was broken so thankfully we were able to get a room on the first floor but when we got into the room we noticed the mattress cover had what looked like poop and pee on the sides of it in both beds. We asked for them to be changed and was told no because house keeping had already left for the day. We just laid towels down and dealt with it because we were so tired. Next morning 8am we were up and ready to go for the day. We asked front desk to please be sure to clean the room change the linens and everything. Got back to the room about 8hrs later. Bed were still not changed but we had been given new towels and the trash can had been dumped so I know they went into the room. As we left again for dinner we let the lady at the front desk know what was going on and she let us know that the beds could not be changed because yet again, housing keeping was gone for the day..we asked if she could just give us linens and we would change them ourselves. She said she would look to see if they had any clean ones to give us and that she would put them in our room for us. By the time we got back from dinner there was a new guy at the front and we asked him the same questions because the lady still did not give us linens. The man ended up giving us 2 flat sheets and said that’s the best he could do. And to add more salt to the wound the shower was rusted, sinks to not drain properly, the door had a nice size gap in between the door and the floor to the point where someone could fit their hand under it So we put a towel down at night to block it, breakfast is not great it’s just muffins and waffles. I think it’s safe to say we will NOT be staying here again.
No frills but all the necessities. Very nice breakfast set up and very well maintained. Staff exceptionally friendly. It was centrally located for our needs. We will stay here again!!
I would say 3.5 for sure. Smaller room, but recently updated. Good for a quick stay. Good location with many amenities close by.
First time experiencing excellent service , had a team booking and gave name and handed me my room keys in seconds with a smile… rooms are very clean house keeper checked in on us .. service has been great so far
