Amanda was so sweet and a pleasure to see during my stay there! Breakfast was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Excellent housekeeping services...I will definitely stay there again!
Unfortunately are room wasn't clean. Bathroom was cleaned but the bedding had not been changed, along with a few other major details to the cleanness. Overnight employee did change the bedding. Hotel was booked, had no other option.
Experience was great only stayed one night, bed was comfortable; slept like a baby. Nobody at breakfast the next morning, hotel was overall quiet and peaceful. Five stars for no issues during stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious as well. The only thing I would ask to improve is more pillows on the bed as I asked for another one and was told they were completely out of extra pillows.
We traveled for a family wedding. I have never had a bad experience with an Americinn, so I felt satisfied this would be a good choice, however I have never been so wrong. For a slightly increased price, I could have stayed at a much cleaner, more comfortable hotel. ||||We had 3 runs amongst our party. My room was the king suite, which was filthy- there were hair ties and used dental floss on the floor behind the need frame, which was pulled out from the wall approximately 6” resulting in pillows being lost to the floor. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan completely. Several light switch plates and outlets were cracked/broken. There is only HVAC in the bedroom, not the sitting room, so we had to leave the bedroom door open all the time so our daughter didn’t suffocate in the heat. The fridge never cooled down regardless of adjustments, even after we noticed it was attached to the light switch. It was also as loud as a diesel truck. The hotel design made the room incredibly noisy as a result of the breakfast room being directly before the hotel rooms. The beds were as hard as plywood- throughly a terrible experience. Spend the extra cash and go elsewhere.
Room was quiet even being close to interstate . Easy to find and located close to amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
We only went to do open swim, $10 per person so $70 cloudy cool hot tub with stuff floating in it. Even colder with jets on. I don't think things around this hotel are up to code anyways. Bathrooms disgusting. Look like never cleaned. Only keeps getting worse, won't go back to swim or stay.
Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and front desk staff helpful.
