From the window side the road noise cars was loud. From the hallway side I could here people that were congregating talking in the lobby.. bath tub had black stains..linen and towels were old and scratchy.. They didn't have coffee ..
Location doesn’t look safe at all. Rooms are not well maintained. Water coming from bathroom was yellow.
Service was good: The AC was not working in the room that they initially gave me but after sharing the problem, they upgraded my room to suite.
Place is a little dated, but maintained. They do the best they can given the location. They have security on site so that is definitely a plus cause I wouldn’t say this area is the greatest. Would definitely return!
Positive: PRICE Negative: False advertising, no breakfast, no pool, and a $50.00 deposit, (the young man waivered this fee for us). The location was convenient to Interstate 40, but the area was bad. the hotel kept all the door locked, including the exercise room.
My friend and I just left. We had a 2 night stay thinking there would be breakfast, pool, and hot tub but no. The room itself wasn't too bad besides that we had no remote for bedroom television after constantly asking and no air in bedroom. Ice machine was out on our floor so we had to get some from 5th floor and it had mold due to no proper cleaning. We were given our deposit back without questioning. The staff WAS polite but I think that it's too much for them to take on honestly
If I could do zero stars I would Do not go here. It is unsafe and unsanitary. It smelled like weed and garbage ,it was hot and air conditioner didn't work, there was urine in and on the toilet, dead bugs on the floor, the smoke alarm was dangling from one wire, cigarette burns on the bedding, dog food on the floor in the hallway ????. Drug dealers and sex workers in the parking lot. We walked in and right back out. The only positive thing I can say is the clerk didn't give us any hassle over checking out and getting a refund.
Positive: Staff was freindly Negative: They had no breakfast as advertised. And deposit was to be in cash only which did not see on . Towels we got was stained asked for different ones . The drain in tub would not stay up to drain out water when taking shower
Positive: Nothing, run down Negative: This hotel was nothing like the pictures on your website. No kitchen, pool empty and in very bad condition.
