Positive: Best hotel I?ve stayed at in years! Free beer, wine, and snacks from 5:00-7:00! Guy on duty let us hang in the hospitality room till almost 7:30! Fabulous breakfast! Amazing Mexican restaurant 40 yards away! Great experience and will definitely be back! Negative: Not a thing!
Except for the guy at the front desk this was a great stay. Good price, pet friendly, great breakfast, clean room, slept like a baby. You should work with the front desk guy. Needs customer service skills. A little short and rude with little knowledge of the area
Check in was fast, Rooms were very clean, Breakfast was Fantastic (staff very kind and attentive)!!! Missed their happy hour due to a sporting event we were in town for, but hear it's great. No complaints. Will stay again!
There is so much we love about your facility. The location is perfect and the staff are helpful and friendly. I just wish dust management everywhere would be better. Those carpets are collectors. Remove them! Otherwise it’s quit a comfortable place.
What a great find for our visit! When we arrived, we were surprised to be told (by the fun & personable gentleman at the front desk) of their free beer & snacks until 7p. WHO DOES THAT?!?
Our room was nicely updated, we had the desired amenities (refrigerator/microwave), the pool was clean and temperature was good. We enjoyed the patio and agreed to bring brats next year for the Weber!
Our breakfast this morning was amazing!!! What an incredible spread. It was a buffet!
And then to top off our amazing stay - check out isn't until NOON!!!
Way to be GREAT steps ahead of the norm and so friendly!

Room was clean. Clerk was nice. Everything else was so sketchy. We returned to the hotel at 10:45pm to immediately be hit with the smell of marijuana in the lobby, elevator and hallway walking to the room. It was everywhere! When we got into the room it was fine for about 2 minutes! The smell started coming into the room. It got bad! The entire hotel reeked of pot. It was overwhelming. We ended up sleeping with the window open on a chilly November night. I honestly expected to be awaken in the middle of the night by police. I will never ever stay at the place again. What confuses me is they allow drug use to take over their entire building yet have signs in the bathroom that says if I get makeup on their towels they are charging me between 10 and 30 dollars. I wonder if those stinking up the groom with pot need to pay extra to clean the stink out.
My experience here was very good. As the title states, the breakfast here is absolutely incredible. Check-in and check-out are easy, staff were friendly, my request to accommodate a fragrance allergy accommodated was honored. The bed is pretty firm, so keep that in mind if you were very picky about your mattresses. All in all, great hotel.
Decent place to stay in the Madison area. We stayed here because it was pet friendly. We liked the reception every evening with an open tap of Spotted Cow (hint - open the tap all the way to get less foam). Rooms were reasonably modern and well-maintained. Even the breakfast was decent. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place actually seems cheap. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area again.
