The hotel was amazing. Everything was smooth. Staff were kind and available. The rooms were beautiful. Pool is awesome. Breakfast was immaculate. We will definitely visit again!
They are awesome here. This stay was wonderful. The people that work here are awesome and the room was amazing. The breakfast was great and I love the bagels with cream cheese with strawberries. Love that they use dove products in the bathroom. They brought us a roll away bed. They are alway's so helpful and accommodating here.
The staff did an amazing job making this anniversary special for my wife and I. They left special card that said "happy anniversary", chocolates, and non-alcoholic wine. The deluxe Room had jetted tub and lots of room. It’s right across from Walmart, Sam’s club, lots of places to eat. We will definitely be coming back. The indoor pool is awesome too. Thank you for making this special for us.
The rooms are nice and clean. We had a very quiet stay. Beds are comfy. Front desk staff was super friendly. Easy to find and close to our family that we were visiting. Also close to a Walmart and several restaurants. We stayed only for the pool and free breakfast as we don’t live super far away. I was only impressed with one of those things! The pool was awesome. The breakfast was horrible. Like so bad. It kinda capped off the whole stay badly which is why I tried not to take too many stars off. The cheesy omelettes at every single hotel we have stayed at are one of my favorite items but somehow this place managed to ruin them. They were all burnt with rubbery hard to chew edges. There were no staff checking on things or refilling in a timely manner. When they finally did refill the omelettes I was hoping for them to not be burnt but they were too. So disappointed. I paid more than I wanted for a one night stay and left with a literal bad taste in my mouth. There’s a lot of competition in this area so if you care about a decent breakfast like I do. You might choose elsewhere.
Love this hotel. Friendly staff; clean, newly renovated rooms, BUT south side of hotel has a train track running the entire length of building. (Close!) Friday night we slept so well, but Saturday Night 2 loud trains with horns blaring came through and we nearly fell out of bed! Will try one more time (as we visit pretty often) but will request north side opposite side of building from train tracks.
The staff and service was amazing. 10/10. The young lady who assisted me was very nice. She answered all of my questions. My check in was fast. She even accommodated my room to a different floor. The breakfast was good. The hotel and my room were clean. The event room was clean and ready for me to use. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable.
Someone had smoked in the room we were originally assigned and the receptionist changed our room immediately and was so kind about it. Our new room was tidy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked. Overall a great experience and an amazing value!
We stayed here for a week and it was a great stay. The hotel and room overall was clean and kept up. The free breakfast has the typical menu items I would just suggest adding water to drink. The jacuzzi room was very nice and relaxing. The parking lot was the only issue it became full at night and parking became limited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze.
