Definitely in need of a remodel in the rooms. Paint peeling a d an overall "dirty" feeling. Also no exhaust fan in the restroom makes for a steamy swampy feel. Very nice staff and an adequate breakfast though, with the exception of the coffee ☕️ which was NOT good at all and un-drinkable in my opinion.
Location is fine. The room is nasty. Overall dirty feeling. Room smells- not even sure I will be able to sleep cuz it stanks. Don’t stay here unless you are fine staying somewhere crappy. Shocked there were as many good reviews as there are? For the price- 175 I expect a lot more. Also- wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and there is not even water in it.
Nice rooms. Quiet neighbors. Windows seem to block outside noise quite well. Air conditioner works good but it's the typical style that you see in most hotels. They're somewhat noisy however I've seen louder ones and at least this one doesn't rattle.
A few weeks ago I complained about the shower head because it sprays water so hard you can't wait to turn the water off. The head is non-adjustable. The water shoots so hard that it splashes outside of the shower and the floor is soaking wet. I let them know the water is so forceful that it's potentially a hazard. I work in construction and don't have soft skin by any means and I mean it when I say the water is quite forceful. I stayed in the same room again and weeks later it hasn't been fixed so I'm done staying here.
There's no bread during breakfast. I've never seen a hotel cheap out like this. As a matter of fact I've never seen any establishment providing breakfast without bread. They have pretty much everything else you would want for breakfast but I like a simple breakfast and don't need sausage and eggs. I may be a small percentage of guests like this so don't let that be a deal breaker for you because they do have plenty of options.
This place has done nothing about the problems with the TV's not turning on. What an unnecessary hassle. The TV nerver turned on when I came back to my room in the afternoon. I always had to unplug the TV and plug it back in and wait a few minutes and hit the power button on the side of the TV because the remote wouldn't work. I figured this out on my own because like I said this hotel isn't doing anything to notify guests on what to do to get the TV working. After I would get the TV working the remote would work again but I'd have to go through the same process the next day.
Like I said they're nice rooms and the people that work here are all helpful and friendly but there are some things that are lacking here for guest needs. The fact is this hotel clearly know there are problems and nobody is doing anything about it. This place will save you money but is it worth it?
Will not stay here again ! No clock in room, no bathroom exhaust, dirty carpet, red stained bath towel(lipstick ? In many spots), no usb phone plug in, no tv guide. Only positive was nice front desk staff.
Great service and very reasonably priced. We arrived late and got an upgrade to a whirlpool room for free. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
Staff is extremely rude. I have never left a review before for a hotel, but I feel obligated to do it. I have stayed at many of these hotels, but this location’s staff is terrible. Their pool was closed, we were disappointed but not a deal breaker. However, on their amenities they said they are pet friendly, when in reality they are not. They said you have to call ahead, which is hidden on their website under, “call for additional details and availability.” When asking if this was a reasonable request, and if they would have honestly found that information as a customer, the manager said yes. They were not accommodating. We had to find a new hotel after driving all day.
