My husband and I went there last night. We accidentally went to the wrong room but the key opened the door so we didn't realize it was the wrong room till we got a phone call on the hotel phone. The guy at the front desk continued to argue with my husband blaming him and saying we just walked right in with out the key. Long story short we left this morning and went to a different hotel. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life! Do not stay here I 100% do not recommend. Very rude staff.
I called the hotel to ask if they took CLC. The fella that answered the phone sounded like he was having a very bad day and they did take CLC so I booked this hotel booked online. When I got to the hotel I noticed it seemed very nice. There was no one at the front desk so I used the phone at the front desk to reach the person to check me in. He answered the phone not just angry sounding but rudely responded "what do you want?" I was blown away with the lack of basic customer service decorum. I said I picked up the phone to reach him, per the sign. I wasn't there to sell cupcakes. Trying to quit. Anyhow, he finally showed up and proceeded extremely rude and I told him there was no way I was staying in this hotel and left. I was booking for five days and I'm so glad I left. God only knows what that experiece would have had in store. I've stayed at 100's of Americinn's and have never felt the need to walk out. I noticed a 2 star rating. It's a shame, it seems like a nice hotel. Word to the owner --> you may want to explore seasoned talent unless you want to sport a single star.
I called the hotel to set up a room block. A very kind gentleman named Peter answered and was so incredibly helpful. Peter made what I thought was going to be a grueling, long process absolutely delightful. (and not long or grueling) I know because he took such good care of me and my company that he is going to take great care of my guests that are going to be in his care. Thank you so much for being AMAZING!!!!
Really exceptional. I basically live in hotels for work. This location was REALLY stood out. Newly renovated. Service and staff were absolutely unmatched. They truly earned my loyalty. Side point... ask about the clear protein sold at the desk. Total game changer. Well done.
Not sure if ownership changed recently or what the difference is but I didn’t experience any of the issues the others did who left 1 star reviews. Our check in was easy, room was nice, bed was comfortable, front desk staff member was very friendly, continental breakfast was expected for a free hotel breakfast. No complaints, we will stay here again
We were here for 4 hours TOP. Friend came out to his car to grab his charger tried to come in older Indian guy yelled at him and told him that we needed to leave in 5 minutes or cops will be called. We didnt do anything. Paid for room and it went to waste. Do not go here. Very rude people and unprofessional. Younger guy followed 3 of us out to our cars after and watched us leave then went into building after. Very sketchy. Then charged his card $400 even though room was only $88
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Pool room was hot but...
Breakfast was great, as good a continental as you'll find. B and g baby!
Check in was great and breakfast was the best I've ever seen at a hotel. The pool was nice and everyone was very helpful. Only sight downfall was the pool room was a little cold.
