Best WLM Reviews

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel when visiting for a wedding. The first impression we got was that the staff was excellent! They were very friendly, accommodating, quick to provide service, and so hospitable! We enjoyed breakfast every morning, we swam in the pool and enjoyed the sauna, and we even used the work out equipment. The location was convenient for the wedding, but also for getting to near by food places and shops! Our room was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!
Breakfast was sad. It was like the staff didn't care about there guests. Bedrooms and bathrooms need more cleaning on them. I was not impressed. I took pictures but it won't let me attach them. Bathrooms don't have fans in them. Payed $170 for a dirty room. Not happy. Staff needs more training on cleanliness. Ice machine has mold and mildew growing on it and inside. Can tell it has never been cleaned before. Even fast food places clean those better then this place.
Stayed here many times before on business and staff and cleanliness always spot on. Showed up late evening and didn't worry about booking on line as they will always treat you very good knowing your patronage with them. Beds are comfortable and love all the smaller pillows. Makes for a relaxing and quiet evening. Hats off to all the staff for making each stay as good as it gets. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a very pleasant experience.
The customer service here was excellent. The people were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to get around town and close to the highway. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were refreshing. Booking the room was easy. It is quiet and peaceful. They offer breakfast and coffee which makes traveling easier as well. There was plenty of onsite parking available.
We stayed at this hotel during a baseball tournament that we had to play in. Check in desk was friendly, but very very slow. We were given our room key and told that our door handle is funky and you have to hold the handle a certain way for it to open. Had difficulties with it even after doing what was instructed to do. Upon walking into the room we were overcome by the smell of stale cigarette/musty/ moldy air. The room was set at 75 which is warm when it’s 90 outside. As I did my routine check of the room and started wiping down all the hard surfaces I thought we would touch. My Clorox wipes were filthy from the remote, phone, door handle and tables. The bathroom was also very disgusting. The underside of the toilet seat was stained with urine and whatever else it was, shower didn’t drain and we had to stand in a foot of water while showering. Bathroom sink sprayed water out of the handle when it was turned on. There were gross splatters of I don’t even know what on several walls in the room, I also checked the air unit bc it smelled so moldy and the filters looked like they had never been cleaned. Checked the beds for bed bugs- there were no bugs, but stains on the mattress which was so disgusting. Nasty hair and food crumbs at the headboard between the mattress and box spring. I have never been so excited to check out of a hotel before. Place is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Anyone that leaves a review other than that is lying and I want to know what they got paid to leave a review. We had several families with similar things in their rooms so I’m sure it wasn’t a one room thing.
Customer service is superb. I arrived late at night and was hungry, and they baked me a pizza from the mini bar service. They gave me a king size bed that was a newer bed and very comfortable. I cannot stress enough the great customer service I had here and how comfortable it was to sleep.
Clean rooms and friendly staff! We arrived very late due to travel delays but staff was very responsive and helpful. We originally booked for 3 nights but they allowed a refund for our last night due to unforeseen circumstances. Hotel is close to ballpark and provides a good continental breakfast for families.
We arrived in the rain. 1 car was parked under the car port. After we unloaded in the rain the car, the manager moved his car. Then, after the car was unloaded, a man in flip-flops came and insisted on pushing out the cart. Then we went to the 2 rooms he insisted on unloading. If you want help, that's fine. We didn't want help. But we had to tip him for a service we didn't want or need. Another person in the family ran ahead and sprayed something strong in the rooms. I'm guessing to hide odors. Both rooms were horrible hot. The man who pushed our cart spoke no English but lay on the floor and messed with the wire. The air-conditioned then came on. I then went to our daughters room. The door safely lock was broken. Hair was on her washcloths and dirty sinks and showers. Both rooms, the chairs looked like they were soiled with who knows what. We refused to sit in them. When I returned to my room, the air-conditioned was off. When I inquired at the office, the one who spoke English said oh just wiggle the wire under the air-conditioned (lay on the ground) whenever it goes off. I complained so they moved my husband and i to a different room. At least she hadn't sprayed the horrible spray in it, and their air-conditioning worked. That's about all I can say good about the room. My husband and daughter aren't as picky about hotels as me, and they both wanted to pack up and leave. The problem was it was 10 pm we'd traveled 500 miles, and it was a close location to my mother's nursing home. Hind sight, we should have left. There was no wifi log in. So we definitely didn't use the wifi. After 1 night the next morning, they wouldn't give us credit when we wanted to leave a day early.
Breakfast: Nothing to drink but coffee (we don't drink coffee). There are not many options, and what they had was stale and old. We did ask for milk, and I think he ran to the nearby grocery store and got a gallon. That was the only fresh thing.
We were overcharged. I'd originally asked for a suite so we could hang out. I had called ahead and changed it to 2 queens on the 1st. He said something about a jacuzzi room for the second one.i said we didn't want a jacuzzi but wanted then close. When we checked in, he said we had 2 queen rooms and a king with a jacuzzi. I again said we didn't need or want a jacuzzi. He kept saying it was cheaper than the other room. We were charged for the expensive room. We will never stay at this hotel again. I honestly wouldn't want anyone I know to stay there. Because they're the only hotel in town, they don't take care of it. It's very sad.
I usually iron my dress daily. You can't tell on the pic but the ironing board had horrible stains. The sink had no drain and was dirty as well as the faucet. The mirror looks like they wiped it with toilet water. The shower chair had mold and chipped paint.
