Best WLM Reviews
The bed was OK but the throw cover had a big stain on it. The window had wood rot and mold on it. The microwave had yellow stains in the corners. The air conditioner vent had a filthy black dust lining it. The shower fixture, although it worked, was broken and there was no soap tray or shelf to place anything on. Towels were old.
Like many that were in town for summer fest we put up with it because of the scarcity of rooms in Grafton.
The new owner has a lot of work to do to get the rooms into shape.
My daughter & kids stayed there with the premises of going swimming & the hot tub was empty & the pool was full of green moss, dirt & sticks! The kids shouldn't have paid for the night!!
I think a lot of the bad reviews are from people that have never stayed in a small town hotel before. Service was good room was clean breakfast was timely and the pool was open.
The room is dirty and not up to par for this chain. It's worse than most motels I've stayed before. TV channels are limited, very limited.
Pool and hot tub were both closed. TV remote was held together with electrical tape and the office chair was peeled away and gross.
Advertises bigger beds that you get, place smells bad, very dirty, mold on the bedding, ac unit was corriding along with wall and leaked rain water. Price is way to high for what is recieved.
Pool area was closed when they said it would be open. Burned out bulbs in nearly every light in the room. Dirty carpet. Lobby was nice with a buffalo head above the fireplace.
Place it's self wasn't bad their B'fast n internet both leave something to be desired???? beds were clean n room was n bathroom was.
