I stayed here for a week while waiting for my new place to be ready for move in. Very friendly and helpful staff.
My granddaughter and I enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and loved that they opened it for us a little early and a plus it's open until 11pm.
Rooms were clean and their housekeeping was very kind and prompt.
Breakfast of make your own waffles with a wide selection of other fresh items.
My only issue is the wifi only works outside my room.
A little outdated rooms but it served it's purpose and I enjoyed my stay.
showed up early morning since i was drving for business, when i got there my reservation was not in there system and was told that there where no available rooms. i cancelled via Expedia and told front desk to cancel my reservation once it came in but instead i got charge the very following day. i call for my refund and was denied because i was a no show. clearly they can look at there cameras to see i was there early morning, instead i was giving the blah blah speech on how it was my fault. never again will i visit this location if im ever in need of a stay. a better cleaner option is across the bridge from them at Country Inn & Suites that is where i stayed after being told there where no rooms available.
Do not recommend! The tile floor was dirty and sticky. The carpet was spongy and sticky. The door didn’t latch unless you slammed it shut. Dust bunnies were dangling from the popcorn ceiling. The chair had numerous gross visible stains. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. The bed was hard, and the pillows were tiny and flat. The 80s alarm clock was unplugged and lying on the floor between the wall and the one bedside table. We were so disappointed.
Booked online. First thing as we pulled in afamily parked out front feeding a whole bag of cereal to a seagull on the front parking lot. Walked in to check in and couldn't stand the place never even set foot into the room. Asked for refund and it's not in there policy. Like who wouldn't refund someone there money after not staying there. What a dump. If you want some trailer park action the by all means stay there. I wouldn't. You can pay 10 bucks more and go stay at the country inn just up the street. Only wish I'd of seen it sooner. I booked on Expedia. Don't use them either
Filthy, rundown dump of a hotel with rude employees. I worked in the hotel industry & this is just shameful to the community. Our room had a broken door you had to slam to close, trash overflowing everywhere on the property, pool & hot tub not clean. NOT TO MENTION we were forced to strip the bed bare because of all the stained sheets and luckily had a comforter in our trunk to use!!! Disgraceful.

Poor air quality and black mold in bathroom. Bathroom floor was dirty. Holes in bathroom wall. Couldn’t stay the both nights we originally reserved due to air quality and asthmatic reactions to mold.
I have never been so disappointed with an Americinn room as I was with room 223. Toilet gross, tub dirty, t p on the floor, soap dish gross, dust everywhere . 2 towels left on the nightstand, floor not vacuumed.
Told front desk, he wasn't overly concerned, but ask if we were okay? Went to the spa and pool, they were nice. No towels went to front desk and got some.
The breakfast was okay.
