Great place to stay. Would have stayed here for 6 months, but the couldn't give me a construction rate. When booking subsequent weeks rates were all over the board. When you are on per diem you need to get a consistent rate. Not $80 one night the the next week $130 a night. They lost about 130 nights of stays because of it.
The best hotel I've stayed at in the fargo area, good price but the place isn't a dump like the others in the same price range. Staff was very professional and friendly. I cannot stress how clean the room was, probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen, Smart TV in the room as well so you're not just stuck with cable. Also the continental breakfast was great, lots of options and all of them are great. 10/10 will most definitely be staying here next time I'm in the area!
We had our son’s birthday party here. Although the conference room was under construction we were able to host in the breakfast area which worked out great!
My family also rented some rooms which were clean and affordable! My brother in law with some boys was able to upgrade to the king room with family features (came with bunk beds) which was perfect for their family.
Only thing I would like to recommend for them is to sell wristbands for the party goers who were wanting to swim.
Stayed for one night just for a place to lay our head. Beds were comfortable enough, bathroom was small though. We had great service between front desk staff and housekeeping. Good breakfast with waffle maker and eggs. I wish we would’ve had time to swim because their water slide seemed pretty awesome!
I am baffled at the low reviews. My family needed to get a room for the night due to unexpected issue with our home so I am a local. This was the best stay I’ve had in forever! The waterslide is amazing. It is more fun than bigger ones. Hot tub is hot, pool area clean. The staff are very kind and professional. You walk into your room and it smells heavenly/clean.. and is also very clean. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. Rooms have snacks/drinks if you wish to partake which is convenient. Hotel is not brand new but it meets all you could hope for in a hotel at a reasonable price. You can see much of the hotel has been recently updated including the rooms. The bedding was cozy and pillows were great for a hotel. It’s a great location and awesome for family fun. It’s my new go-to Fargo hotel by a landslide. It’s a wonderful hotel for families with kids of all ages. Much better than holiday inn. The staff and owner must work hard because it shows. What a delightful time we had! ????

I would not stay at this location ever again. Our room keys did not work most of the time. We had to constantly wait for someone to come unlock our doors. This happened to everyone that was staying at the hotel over that weekend. Late at night, at least 6 other families, whom I do not know, were locked out of their rooms. We were charged $60 for an extra fee. They cannot explain why just that the manager charged the room. We do not smoke and we absolutely did not destroy or ruin anything in that room. It was dirty and the pool area was gross. Water was cloudy and the chlorine in the air made your eyes burn, just sitting by the pool. The hot tub was luke warm at best. Overall overpriced and disgusting
Room was very clean and staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing with a big selection and the pool area was well kept. The slide was so much fun. Would definitely stay here again.
The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to check in easily and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and near several restaurants. The breakfast was good and dining area was clean and comfortable as well.
