I stayed at this hotel for two months due to work in a nearby city, and it was a fantastic experience! The manager and all the staff members were exceptionally friendly. My room had a fully equipped kitchen, which was convenient, and it was always clean and very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel!
This is a great hotel option in the lake Geneva area that gets congested and pricing over the summer. The staff were awesome and they serviced our rooms EVERY day, EVERY day, not every 3 rd day. Thru serve typical continental breakfast. Their pool is really nice. Hot tub a bit small.
The rooms are a bit dark & outdated but most guests are out of their rooms all day. It is what’s is. I rate them for their Value. Cleaning. comfortable place. We didn’t mind driving a few 10/15 min. More to our daily destination near lake Geneva. It’s a second stay in two years for us.
One of our favorite stays ever. Room was spacious, equipped with microwave and fridge in the room, ac and hot water worked properly throughout. Zero complaints.
What a great option instead of Lake Geneva. Reasonable prices, clean rooms, quiet, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast choices. Nice rooms with all of the amenities I needed. Watching kids fishing right outside my window. Very relaxing.
Clean, well maintained and very friendly front desk staff (especially the evening PM shift). Incredibly kind housekeepers. Breakfast is a nice touch. Overall a nice mid level hotel. Best thing about this property was the staff.

-hair in bath tub/floors (caulking coming up and caulk chips along floor) (to flush toilet, had to hold handle down) (bathroom door would barely shut)(toilet seat loose)
-blankets and sheets stained along with hair on beds
-beds were not comfortable
-painting in room needs to be refreshed (paint chipped/stains on wall)

We had a really busy weekend..had no time to run around..room should be ready and comfortable.
Terrible. Disgusting. Poor customer service. ||We stayed at this hotel over the Labor Day weekend and checked into our room to find HUMAN FECES ALL ON OUR TOILET. Notified staff and they didn’t seem surprised. They moved us to another room and after speaking with a manager she told me that I didn’t have a right to be angry because they moved us to a different room. ||I can only imagine what else isn’t properly cleaned in these rooms! RUN!
We had a great stay. The front desk person was friendly. The room was very clean and neat. The room decor nice and comfortable. This far exceeded my expectations.
