The desk clerk went above and beyond to find a chair that my husband, who had a broken arm, could use. We were so grateful for that chair. The room was clean. They are updating rooms which is something all hotel/motels should do. The breakfast had choices of pancakes, sauges, eggs, and more. I recommend this motel.
I directly called the hotel to make my reservation. Dani was absolutely the sweetest person. She was able to accommodate my request for a first floor room. She was just as friendly in person during check in. She was very fast and efficient. ||Our room was large, the beds comfortable and the water pressure STRONG! Breakfast selections were plentiful and filling. ||During checkout Sarah was just as sweet as Dani. Very friendly and chatty. She wished us safe travels and a hearty goodbye.||Stay with them if you are in the area.
What a great surprise! Hotel is Very Clean! Room is large and roomy. Front desk check in and out was very efficient. The ladies were friendly and professional. Checkin was helpful on local restaurants to try. The hotel - Lobby, halls and room were spotless. When leaving we noticed one room that has a suite with fireplace. I peeked in. Very nice. I wish we could stay a few days in the area but we have to move on. The bed was oh so comfortable and linens so very fresh! We did not use the pool/hot tub but quite a few folks were enjoying it. Breakfast has a variety to choose from. It appears to be in a safe area. The only negative we saw was the other outside entry door key pad did not work and we had to go back to the main entrance. They are aware and waiting on repair.
Always comfortable and relaxing. Great location right off the interstate. Have stayed here several times and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is the standard pancakes and sausage patties, but also provide fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs.
Wow! Just Wow! A must stay here if in the area. We are traveling the country and stopped here to stay the night. I wish we could stay longer. Most anything you could want is nearby. But the Inn is wonderful! Our room, the lobby and halls were spotless. The bed and pillows oh so comfortable and fresh. Can’t say enough good things about it. We did not use the pool or hot tub but many folks were enjoying it. The breakfast had good options. Highly recommend to stay here. And prices are reasonable!
We appreciated the affordable price, being next to the freeway, having a restaurant next to the property. The room was very clean, with a large tv, and many cable channels to choose from, the pool was big, the hot coffee and breakfast was good. Thank you for making our stay perfect, glad we chose your property to stay.
Trucker friendly rate of $90 on a Friday let me check in early 11am and saved me from waiting in my truck. Absolutely worth every dollar. This Hotel is well staffed and managed. Room is fresh and clean spacious. A business person and day cab truck driver jackpot! Airport shuttle close. Not absolutely perfect, but if you have an issue with this hotel you should reevaluate yourself as a snob who can't be pleased!
I have stayed at this AmericInn numerous times. Great location. Clean rooms. One complaint that keeps this from a five star review - fix the light switches in the rooms. The switches near the nights stands don't work. This is true in the other three rooms I've stayed in before.
