Burn holes all in the bedspread, pulled the comforter back to hair, blood, and food all in the bed so very obvious they don’t clean or wash the sheets. Carpet had dirt and food crumbs all in it, burn holes all over the tub. AC didn’t work, roaches came out and started crawling on us when the lights were cut off. Desk clerk was nice about it and at least refunded half of the payment.
Needed a place to crash for the night.
Clerk was friendly. Rooms were adequate. AC was good. Right down from a Buc-ees.
Prices were fair.
One of the best management and customer service I came across in recent times. Due to motor race I was unable to get rooms and the manager I believe Anthony went out of the way and got me the room which had all facilities I was looking for and icing on the cake was the location, right next to Buckee’s. I would definitely recommend this great place if you traveling to Birmingham, AL or around in this area!
Older motel but serviceable. I read other reviews and see their points but some seem overly harsh.
There are smoking rooms and they show in burn holes on counters, tub, bedspreads. Isn't affecting the use of these items imo.
There are stores, gas stations in front of and beside property. This makes getting a bite to eat or other amenities more convenient and I haven't heard the traffic or pedestrian noise from this.
The pricing is below average and this is what's going to bring in the business here. Great spot if you're working in the area (fits the bill for me), or getting off the highway for a nights sleep.

Loved the location but found used washcloth in bath. Carpet yuck. Burn holes in bedspreads.
My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay because our truck broke down on the way back home from vacation and this was the closest location. We had to take a smoking room because they wanted to charge us $80 on top of what we already paid for a non smokers room . The room isn't great and smells horrible. The showers are disgusting. The towels aren't clean and glad we have our own . The beds are not comfortable. Unless you are in a unfortunate position like my boyfriend and I , I would definitely not stay here .
Creepy and disrespectful service. I was told to clean up that the room was a mess. My 1 yo had his toys out and was playing with it and I explained that he said clean it up or leave. Other than the bed not made the room was not in fact messy.
loved my experience at this over the hill top inn . americas inn has super friendly front desk personnel . rooms were clean and airy . beds were good and comfy. value for money spent
