Absolutely disgusting. Opened microwave full of bugs. Bugs in the bed. Mattress clearly old. Door handles missing from closet. Towels stained.
Im giving 1 star because me and my family just made a simple pit stop to figure out our next move and was harassed by a female Spanish Security Guard who demanded that me and my family leave the property i tried asking her several questions she did not answer my questions and demanded we leave. I walked inside to speak to the employee of this place and when I explained she harassed me and my family i asked what security company she work for the employee said he dont know. So im guessing that they just let any security guards work there. The RANGER security lady seem to understood me when i was complaining to the employee when I said that her job is only to observe and report and not to interact with people who are doing nothing illegal or wrong doing while the staying residents was doing drug deals next to dennys and on the property. And im also going to reach out to that ranger security company and filing a proper complaint to ensure that this lady gets educated on what her actual job is not be like day day from Friday
Most racists place EVER. My 18 and 19 year old were allowed to book a hotel online and proceeded to leave their college an hour away just to be cjased off by the rude lady at the front desk. They arrived at 8pm and as of right now 11.52pm are still on the streets of Houston. They paid almsot $200 and thr lady wouldn't let them wait in the lobby for their ride from another student in school in dallas. How unfair could this hotel be. And wouldn't even let them ask questions. I am literally driving from Atlanta there now.
How can humans be so wicked? I called the police and they are still yet to get there. Don't stay here except you are ready to be racially profiled like ypu didn't pay to stay there.
MAJOR LAWSUIT coming your way. Refusing to reimburse them and telling them to "get out of your hotel" was not the way to go about it so i will sue and re sue because in 2024 i am super tired of racism and its sad my children are now victims of it
The Hispanic lady was very racist!!! I left my id inside of the car , told her I was coming back just a minute, went to my car grabbed my id then she wouldn’t open the door so I waited nearly 10 min only for her to bring security to tell me to leave an there closed
Worst motel i been to they charge 100 dollars for just one night and it is not even worth 50 dollars The room stinks there is mold everywhere ac was leaking the tv is so small with bad quality and then the area its in makes it no better only come here if it is your last option and you are desperate cuz this place is not worth 100 dollars at all its way to overpriced and not worth it at all zero stars if i could leave that
They don’t deserve the 1 star if I could put 0 I would. They false advertised the room and hotel and also brought the price to a unreasonable over pricing price there is no breakfast or fitness room, they will lie to you and say that ever since Covid they had it shut down but there isn’t even a room for the fitness room at all I 100% would not recommend anyone to stay here there is also roaches and other bugs in the room. The room also doesn’t have a nice smell to it and the tub isn’t clean at all. Housekeeping will invade your privacy in the morning and try and open your door. The area is not appropriate at all. Other customers are very loud and disturbing. Once again 100% would not recommend you stay here.
The door to my hotel room kept latching, making it impossible to get into my room. Even with the key working just fine the first time the owner came and got it open for me the second time I heard somebody screaming out of my window in the dead of night I go to the front desk who was so, not helpful at all and showed me on the cameras somebody walking past my room and tells me that there’s nothing to worry about lol right and then when I can’t get back into my room because the the latch on the door keeps latching for some reason he’s doubtful of that too. Why would I need to lie about that? There’s no reason finally said somebody to help me open the door.
I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanness of the room. Was I worried about staying there? Yes I was when I read the reviews but if I wanted to stay close to my conference, it was the best choice. Reviews for the other hotels were worse and I don't have an unlimited pocketbook.
Room was extremely clean. No bugs or hair in the shower or sinks. If you are looking for something to complain about you can find it if you look hard enough. Was close to the pool. It was very quiet there. Don't know if it had anything to do with the fact, it was the middle of the week.
Staff was very nice and very helpful. They obviously have an awesome cleaning staff. Met some of the staff and was very impressed with how nice and caring he was. (Course anybody that feed feral cats has my respect. Also told me they had they fixed so no babies. Impressed me even more. I would definitely stay there again and probably will.
Denny's next door very good. Close to other shopping if that is you thing. Wouldn't walk though.
