This is a great place to stay at and is definitely our place to stay at when visiting Seattle. The front desk staff is ver nice and welcoming and takes care of your needs. It’s not fancy but for the price it’s a great choice and it’s safe and quiet and has many dining options around and has free parking. Will be back again for sure :)
Have stayed here single nights on two seperate occasions over the summer. Great location, and great value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, AC was cold in both rooms, and we enjoyed a quiet night and a good sleep on both visits. I appreciate the that the price here allowed me the opportunity to travel with my kids without spending half a mortgage payment on a nights hotel. Will definitely stay here again whenever attending events in Seattle.
We stayed here last night and it was wonderful. The staff are so kind!! Great location, close to a Walgreens and not far from the city. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We got the suite with the jacuzzi and it was incredible, if you have the extra money I highly recommend. It even had a freezer! The free breakfast that you reserve at check-in and pick up in the morning is super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
Their towels should have been retired a few years ago, they are discolored and used so much that they don't look and don't feel clean.
Same about the blanket and duvet, they were unsuitable to donate, I thought about sleeping in my day clothes.
Most of the time I stay in budget hotels yet I have not seen anything close to these worn out towels and blanket.
The place is clean, with working wifi, fridge, microwave, etc. all that you'd expect from a hotel. The beds are very comfortable, semi-firm and not too soft. The room was very quiet. I slept soundly. The staff even gave us little to go bags of breakfast snacks when we checked out.
Honestly was perfect for what we were looking for. Room was clean, spacious and contained all necessities. Staff was friendly and I liked the to-go breakfast of snacks! Also only about 15 minute drive from downtown Seattle. Perfect for traveling on a budget!!
UPDATE: It took a long time, but I did finally get the deposit back. Then, I even tried to give this hotel a second chance. Called today to make a reservation and was told two things:
1) They can't take reservations over the phone. A hotel. ?????? Was told "how can I take a payment over the phone?". That's what the employee said, hahahahaha.
2) He then attacked me for posting a negative review. Said "we're not a bank". Well neither am I sir. Neither am I.
Horrible horrible customer service.
Scam WARNING: They require a $50 deposit to stay here. However, they offer virtually no customer service when it comes to getting that deposit back. They play the typical "it must be your bank" game, instead of offering any real assistance. Nothing is ever their fault, it's your fault kinda thing. This will remain one star until I get my money back, and then will likely only increase to two due to the horrible experience they have provided in this matter.
Location and service was amazing, it is a nice area with lots of stores around it. Service was very nice and helpful. However the rooms AC did not work very well. The room was very spacious though.Other than that it was an okay stay, it is perfect for traveling on a budget.
