I had to pick the closest spot to the hospital, and it was so close I could walk :) and leaving town was fast and easy. Rooms were nice. However, things are very very loud. I could hear people walking and talking upstairs and outside our door. Doors also slam hard and loud. I could see my vehicle from my room so I felt safe. Staff was nice and courteous. Handled my care very well. Thank you. :)
The location was amazing. The walls are to thin you can hear everything in the room next door you can hear people walking up the stairs. I was charged an extra night because i was 10mins past the checkout time! But yet they picked their ass to help me. The manager on staff was rude. Don't stay here if you have an option
Positive: Friendly staff made our necessity of staying close to the hospital easier, even pointed out some money-saving options. Negative: Cleaning staff threw away a hard cover book that I accidentally left on top of the bathroom trash can.
This was our second motel as the first place we stayed could barely walk between beds, beds were hard, and we had roaches.
Got this because we wanted included breakfast. We were disappointed by breakfast. Apples, muffins and yogurt. Apple juice, orange juice, coffee and tea bags.
The beds here were nice, could walk comfortably in rooms, shower was great, sink area was small. Small fridge and freezer, desk and dresser one lounge chair. AC was quiet but took a while to cool entire room but was comfortable.
Discount if had family at the hospital which was just down the street from children's hospital. Our daughter was in that hospital for a week few years ago and was the best experience with hospital we ever had.
We were traveling back from from the west coast and everything was full. We called the Americas and they had what we needed. Check in was quick and rooms were squeaky clean. Loved the place for it's cleanliness. Would stop here anytime again.
We loved staying here. Location was close to where we needed to be. Very clean. Will stay there again in the future
Trash place, they kicked me and my son out because we got “complaints” about my son crying… lol he’s a 2yr old. They said stuff was being thrown… cops showed up not even 4 days of staying there and they kick us out. They don’t have good breakfast… just muffins and yogurt lol, Customer service sucks. The front desk people are dumb and they suck aswell. Glad they kicked us out. Don’t stay at this hotel lol.
My hisband and I had a wonderful stay. My favorite place. I have never felt so safe at a hotel. This place made it hard for me to leave so we stayed for 4 nights just knowing that we and are company truck and trailer was safe. The staff is amazing. Very clean place and very clean rooms. Beds are comfortable place was very quite. Thank you staff for a wonderful stay.
