Rude service/ mediocre food. TINIEST SAUCE CUPS IVE EVER SEEN. I wanted honey bbq wings and this is how I got them. Fries were cold as well.
The absolute worst food and service I have ever seen!! ! The cashier named Bahim informed me that he is the manager he didn’t agree that the food was drenched so much so that it fell a part smh he doesn’t need to be the face of customer service RUDE DIRTY AND AGGRESSIVE ! ALSO The cook needs training on how to cook and to be taught how to clean the grill …. Whoever owns this location needs to reevaluate the whole business before they lose it.. if I could give 0 stars I would …
The cashier seem to have had an attitude when I went in. Glad it didn't rub off on the cook. The food was great. I love the salt and vinegar wings.
The absolute worst. I wouldn’t mind the terrible customer service IF the food was good but the food is not good. Horrible all the way around. Not just that. The cashier Mohammad, as it appears on my receipt, sat my food on the counter and didn’t say anything so waited there a while before I went back to the counter. I asked was that my food and he just look at me then looked at the food. Very rudely.
Waited a whole 50 minutes for an order I called in and once I did get my food, the fries were cold. Definitely my last time here smh
This establishment and the and staff is unprofessional. I order my food at 8:54. My daughter arrives to get the food they tell her they don’t have it. I called back and he just pitting my order in. They are rude and disrespectful. I will never support this establishment ever again.
Fried shrimp over cooked & dry. Their version of "dirty rice" taste more like a Mediterranean rice. Order taker with nonchalant personality.
I ordered a chicken Philly combo with wings and they stated 10 min it was not ready so I had to wait maybe 3 min just for my fries to be warm like it they cooked them before my order was done! I asked for fresh fries and the man said no ! I really didn’t like that especially if I’m spending money at your establishment which they closed at 11pm and it was 10:16pm so they had time to make new fries smh
