Staff is very polite and helpful, especially for those on business trips! Rooms modernized and cleaned that i gove an A+ on it all. Definitely will work on a budget for everyone trying to get a good night's stay. ???? recommend
I am here on business for several weeks. The location suits my needs. Overall very quite at night giving the opportunity for a goods night rest. I think a night shift worker would not have much issue here either. Booking was simple and it was easy for me to extend my stay. Cleaning staff comes daily. Would recommend if you need a place from home for an extended time.
This hotel is top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful while accommodating you during your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with updated furnishings after a recent renovation. Being budget friendly, and in close proximity to multiple restaurants and gas stations, it really makes for a convenient stay. I would 10 out of 10, recommend America's Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites to anyone traveling to the Houston area. Ask for the hotel manager, Adrian, the nicest guy you'll ever meet, ready to go above and beyond to tailor your experience. Must see for yourself!
My husband and I were in town on business a little longer than expected so we decided to grab a room around 8pm. The lady at the desk was friendly, accommodating, and informative. The 1st room we got in was very clean but the AC wasn't blowing it's best. My husband (of 23 yrs) was tired, hungry, hot, and not the most patient or friendliest at that moment but the front desk lady and a young man, IMMEDIATELY, came upstairs, changed our room, and then changed it AGAIN because the young man mentioned a room that would cool off quickly. I paid $75 for our room and typically "you get what you pay for" but we received so much more. I would and will absolutely stay here again.
I stayed at the America's best value inn hotel in the fully furnished apartment suite for 5 weeks and I have only good things to say! The apartment looked just like it was advertised and Dhaval (hotel owner) and the entire staff of the hotel took care of our needs very promptly. The location was very convenient as there are many food options nearby and its close proximity to i45. The room was very neat and clean and had all the necessary things we needed for a long term stay. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a short or long term stay due to the very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service! Thank you to Dhaval and the entire staff for making our stay so comfortable. Will definitely book again if in the Houston area. 10/10 would recommend

I stayed at Americas Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites, and honestly, it was better than I expected for the price. The staff was super chill and made sure I had everything I needed.
The room was clean, comfy, and had all the basics. The bed was soft, and the AC was on point, which is a lifesaver in this Texas heat. The Wi-Fi was solid too, so no complaints there.
What I really liked was how close it is to everything—restaurants, shops, and easy access to the highway. Parking was a breeze, and I felt safe leaving my car there.
All in all, it’s a great deal if you’re looking for a no-frills, comfortable place to crash. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. My arriving to the front desk girl was super polite and amazing. When i went inside the room it was super clean and satisfied my expectations. No noises at all, my stay was super amazing!!! i would definitely recommend this hotel.
Upon arriving, the lobby was locked up and no one came to unlock the door for nearly 10 minutes. The lady who checked me in was very kind I will give her that. I booked the jungle room, not knowing it was a smoking room as I didn’t see that anywhere stated online. She was kind and let me know they had a different themed room that’s smoke free. I asked twice if we could just cancel as the rooms were not what we expected (jet tub was very gross, jets were slimy brown, weird staining and weird leaking liquids that I could not even tell you what it was, but definitely not water. AS WELL as the room was not what we were intending to book and much less “crazy” than the jungle room) also, this is a motel, which I suppose I should’ve know, but based off of online and being from out of town and not knowing the area, the “outdoor” photo shows a smaller brick building, which is actually a state farm building in front of motel. Anyways, I had asked twice and she just kindve smiled and said this should work, and since she was extremely kind I just said okay. Within 5 minutes of checking in, I just couldn’t do it. I felt physically dirty, the nightstand and tables had crazy stains, bed was broken and chipped- I just felt gross and a little sketchy and wanted to leave. I tried to go to the lobby to explain then and request a refund, but once again the lobby was locked. I waited over 10 minutes and the lady did not show up, so I pushed the key through the security slot and we left. I was just really disappointed about the quality of the rooms and location was scary for being someone not from Houston. Most irritating part was the travel there and not being able to enjoy our stay and the fact I couldn’t even request to cancel or receive a refund because the lady did not show and lobby was locked. If you are staying because you to- were intrigued but the themed rooms, I’d go against the decision as it’s just not like the pictures and not worth it unfortunately
