Booked a room here for a few nights while visiting family. Owned by a very nice, sweet couple. Staff was great and attentive to my couple requests I had throughout my stay. I had a second floor room with a king bed. My room was clean and well-maintained overall and the bed was comfortable. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and smart TV. Parts of the hallways and stairwells could have been more regularly vacuumed and shower curtain and in-room coffee machine could have used a deep clean, but overall accommodations were sufficient and comfortable. Continental breakfast was mostly carbs and some fresh fruit. Coffee was not as strong or flavorful as I like but did the job. Hotel is at the edge of town so walking to the downtown area is about a mile. Easy driving to anywhere in town. Covered Bridge restaurant and bar is right across the parking lot, which is very convenient as they have good food. Hotel could have used a small outside sitting area. Price for the hotel was very good. Overall a nice stay and will stay here again next time I’m in town.
The mattress had visible urine stains, the room reeked of a foul smell, and there was a hole in the wall. The furniture was torn up, cigarette burns on the comforter, and the towels and sheets were yellowed. Haven’t found any bugs yet though.
I wasn’t expecting much, but the least they could offer is a clean towel. Guy at the front desk was nice though.
Mouse droppings and an actual cockroach by the stairs when you enter.

Corroded batteries in remote so we couldn't use the TV at all.
Easy to get to, plenty of parking, front desk service was great. Decor is outdated, some of the outlets didn't work and one our lights didn't work. It was cheap and we just need to sleep, bed was good...so it worked out well for us.
My daughter accidentally put the date she was making the reservation instead of the date she wanted the reservation and the owner/manager was so kind to switch the dates and not penalize her for her mistake. Very friendly customer service. My parents stayed at this hotel this past August and my daughter and her Family stay here when they come because we have a small house.
This little place was hard to find and looked a bit disappointing on the outside. We were a bit fearful as we walked to the door. But once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Caring staff, clean and spacious rooms, and all the comforts of home. Our rooms each had a fridge and microwave. Plenty of room, lots of cable TV channels, and VERY CLEAN and quiet. Staff was always willing to accommodate. I loved that all the lamps had electrical sockets for all my plug in electronics plus a clock. A real steal for the price!
Well, I tried to take a shower and the spicket button would not work, then noticed the shower rod was falling off wall so the curtain would not stay closed, I was forced to take a bath lol.
I'm all for, you get what you paid for..did not want to spend much money when we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours in a town.
The room was not awful, just out dated..but when I walked into that bathroom..NOPE! gnats all over! Since I opened the door they were now all in the room..found them all in the hallway too. I draw the line at bugs. Bath towels were brown. Says non smoking but I don't believe that. Definitely have some water problems with how the walls looked in bathroom.
But the staff was nice and the TV was big.haha .would I be back...No..book at your own risk
