I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even if you were homeless. Waste of space. Owners lie. I left some things behind I called to asked they told me nothing was left behind. I went to check their trash. Guess what. My belongings were in the trash. Please don’t waste your money. May god have mercy on their miserable souls. Trying to get rich we will see you in hell.
Rhis place is a nightmare! My room looked like a crime scene had happened earlier, nasty mold also, I got my money back and went elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is the best hotel in the town I really like the behavior of the employees and nice and good management. I’m so glad that I got to stay in this hotel.
a waste of time when we arrived it was no cars in the parking lock so it means nobody comes to stay when I was booking I tried to book non smoking room and only could’ve got a smoking room when I checked in the room smell just like cigarettes had mode in ac unit and dead bugs on the pillow cases and they act like they couldn’t refund me and act like they doesn’t have bugs this a place I wouldn’t want to stay if I was homeless
I had doubts when booking this room but my husband and I were only staying for 6 hours to sleep and needed somewhere close to where we were visiting so I tried not to be too picky. I regretted booking this hotel immediately after arriving. We had a credit card and the rude lady Amy Patel (she spelled it for me when I asked what her name was) said she wasn’t going to validate the booking if we didn’t leave a $20 cash deposit. During checkout they wouldn’t give us the deposit until after they walked to the room to verify nothing was wrong with it. Then when my husband asked for a receipt Amy got super defensive and refused… she told him any receipts are for her records. He asked if he could at least see what she made him sign. Through the window she showed him and I took a picture and she slammed the window shut on us and yelled that we could never stay there again. Super shady business and very run down motel.
Pass up this place. It's way off the freeway. The Manager was difficult to hear through a makeshift night window and with a strong accent. The room was very dated and I immediately found a German Cockroach on the A/C unit - see pictures. It was dead but it was blatantly obvious walking into the room and should have been caught by housekeeping. The only available amenities such as soaps were ridiculously small. I had to go back to the makeshift night window to get another micro-soap to be able to shower. For the nearly $100/night price on a Thursday, it's certainly not worth the money. A very disappointing experience overall.
Took a little longer than expected to get my room situated because of the app I used. But they were able to work with me to get a room. Very friendly people, hotel was very clean, and it was so quiet I slept all night. Not used to anything like that word from. I would definitely go back but I rather pay in person
This was a genuinely awful hotel. We booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room, which stunk. They were completely full and people were yelling in the parking lot all night and none of the hotel staff did anything. The staff were friendly, but blamed expedia for giving them inaccurate booking information and couldn't do anything to fix it. It just felt really disorganized and uncared for.
