The stay was stress free and found no issues,..I've not had any problems, the room is clean, office and staff are very helpful,.. they are also pet and child friendly,..
I've had no problem nor issues, with the room wen I was there, we'll definitely be coming back in the future...
No onsite laundry, there were roaches, really far from anything convenient. Our sink was clogged. Holes in walls, no towel racks also horrible internet.
I have been at this hotel for a month until I found a stable place to live. I had a Great Experience and my room was clean. The housekeeper made sure I needed anything everyday. Less Noise and Felt Safe their because cameras. I Never had an issue with anyone there. And the owner and his family is respectful, caring, and have sweet soul. I will most definitely come back and tell my family and friends to come here for their occasion. ❤️ 5 Star and Above.
If I could give them a zero I would. Passing through and this was the only hotel that had rooms available and I understand why. The rooms were not clean at all. There was hair all on the sink and shower. The room had a odor also. The shower cold water did not work. Only the hot water. I tried reaching the front desk several times to change my room and no one would answer or come to the check in window. The next morning I spoke with front desk about the room but mostly the cold water not working. He checked the shower and said all I can do is give you a $10 refund. I told him to keep it and I would be writing a review and contacting corporate so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I was here for 10 days.
Rooms were clean, comfy, hot water, good internet. Housekeeping is fantastic and the on premise Security is great, too.
However, management is horrible. They allowed a dog to bark in someone's room (room 205) for 8 hours a day! I mentioned it numerous times and they said they'd address it; THEY NEVER ADDRESSED IT!
Changing Rooms DOES NOT STOP A NON-STOP BARKING DOG; YOU ARE IMCOMPETENT.
Management does NOT care about the customer; they just want $$$. They're the typical incompetent Indian owners that do not care about you.

Reasonable rates,, clean room and comfortable bed
The place was roomy and even though it was worn out and could use a new paint job on the tub, I was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The continental style breakfast was enjoyable and really fresh everyday. The coffee was even delicious and not burnt like most places. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would love to stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.
My room was broken into. The a/c was pulled apart. Foul odors.my u haul was broken into. At over $80 a night. A total rip off. The positive was a very nice cleaning lady. I requested the camera footage to find the criminal that damaged the u haul.
