This hotels is awful. I had family to come here from Florida for a family reunion and they had two rooms and both was dirty. They had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. And when you call to complaining the Man who ever he is so disrespectful and rude so you all stay there at your own risk. And the house keeper. They will never get service from me again.
It had the best reviews for all the local motels and they were right , yes it is an older motel but I cannot express the cleanness of their facility they may need to update some things but I'd much rather deal with out dated items to have a clean and friendly place to stay so yes I highly recommend this home away from home. ????????????
Our room was $80 and nicely cleaned. This place wasn't spectacular or anything but you aren't paying for spectacular. It's a great value for money and most importantly the rooms were clean!
The man at the front desk does not to be the owner or an employee of a hotel. He is very disrespectful and rude. He does not know how to speak to women (or men). Overall an extremely rude person. If you bring extra guests who ARENT staying in the room, HE WILL HARASS YOU UNTIL THEY LEAVE. Our room reeks of urine, feces, and cigarettes. A roach crawled from under the bed. This was a terrible experience and i DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
The lady at the front desk was very polite. The owner/manager didn't want to speak but may be an introvert, so I won't blame him for that.
4 stars because I didn't come to smell pot. It was obvious that someone was smoking pot near the air return. It emptied into the laundry room, which was disgusting.
I don't care if they smoke, but at least make sure your customers don't have to smell, especially the kids.
**after spending the night i have to say the pillows were horrible, all broken up & lumpy, they looked like cottage cheese & were so limp they no longer filled out the fabric around them. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, getting a cup of coffee was a joke, the sad sorry 1 cup thing in the room, didn't even make hot coffee, warm at best. The coffee in the room that had once been the complimentary breakfast area, (they no longer offer breakfast) was a thick liquid that came out of a machine & not hot either!! The only other free breakfast item was juice & that machine was out of order. The ice machine was out of ice as they allowed a bunch of men to fill ice chests, so filling our cups to take in the car was out. Sadly the best things about this place was the ease of check-in, the room was clean & that I only had to stay 1 night.
Great location, check in was super fast & easy. The room was clean & fresh smelling. Clean sparkling blue pool.
Asked for a Smoking room, it was honored, room was emaciate , smelled clean, bed crisp, bathroom shiney clean , the view out the clean streak free windows,, the complementery breakfasts was fresh , overall it couldnt of been better, except the was no bible in the room, pen or paper,,,,,,,js
First off the owner has no respect for customers or woman for that matter. Does not know how to communicate respectfully. This hotel has no policy if you leave behind property. If you forget something or leave something in the room they don't keep for 30-90. They more then likely let employees or his wife have property left behind. He said they threw it away though. Best customer service practices. NOTTTTT. NEVER STAY IF YOUR FORGETFUL OR LEAVE PROPERTY BEHIND.
