I book this room off of the internet when coming to the location. The lady in the front was not very professional. She was stressed out and could not handle it and was hollering and making commotion, She gave me a room. I went up there and you could smell smoke all in the rooms. I went back and told the lady she said. I can give you some air freshener to spray this is not acceptable. I asked for a new room I pulled back the sheets to look. And there were stains all over the sheets like it had not been changed. And I'm not going to say what the stains look like. I went down and asked for a full refund and went somewhere else.
Not nothing to look at...but we are sleeping in the room!! It was clean!!!
Bed was very comfortable. We even like the pillows!! Our clerk was super nice!! It was only 15 minutes of Spirit of Suwanee!!! It was perfect!! You can not beat the price...total $94.00!!!!
Overall, clean rooms. This is the only hotel we have stayed at that actually put a towel per guest. I.e four people equals 4 towels! And the staff is amazing!
We are definitely coming back next trip to flordia.
This hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very nice except the tub was not properly cleaned. Luckily I brought my own scrubbing bubbles and disinfectant spray. Other than that, I highly recommend. Bed was comfy and I slept like a baby. Tub wasn’t awful, just not properly cleaned. Five stars because I’m sure they would have accommodated me had I brought it to their attention. Will stay again.
Well kept and great value! The Employees/Owners are excellent as well and very friendly! I love how adamant They are about no pets and no smoking which results in nice rooms that don’t smell! We walked into the room and it was cool and pleasant. Fridge & Microwave make things easier! The pool was nice and warm and well kept also! It was a great place to stop and spend the day and relax before heading further south! Will consider again! Only complaint is breakfast is minimal but Mickey D’s is 1min away so it was fine!
Hotel is literally right beside the interstate so you get a lot of noise from it. Rooms were pretty dated with a lot of shady upgrades throughout the years. Breakfast was almost non-existent by 9:00. Out of syrup, out of eggs, out of bacon if that's what was in that slot? I tried to make coffee in my room but when I poured the water in the coffee maker this milky crusty looking substance floated to the top so I didn't drink that. I showed a picture to the front desk and they just said they would take care of it.
RED FLAG! You will find this place under multiple names. The owner is shifty. Charged me $130 for a room not worth $45. The room was not cleaned. When I complained, the Owner of this place went and looked at the room and came back and looked me in the eyes and said the room was clean and because it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to unload the car, find the filth and load my car back up and complain, that his policy was no refunds. So, I contacted their corporate office and since I have a Choice Hotels membership, I am protected from this type of abuse. The owner is now stealing from corporate, not me. Be warned, do not book a room here and if you are forced to, don't do it direct thru their office, book it through corporate, so you can get a refund for sure.
So I had a very positive experience staying at this Hotel. I called ahead for a room on the first floor, they accommodated me no problem. I arrived late, 2nd shift person, John, couldn't of been nicer. Went to the room and inspected it very closely. It was very clean, well supplied with amenities (Coffee, towels, TV, Internet, Lights, Heat, Hot Water, Quiet, Ice) I was very pleased, so much so, on my return drive to Florida from Georgia, I booked the very same room. It's in a very quaint little town and very reasonably priced. I mean very fair. Find Fat Belly's up the road for breakfast. I was happy, would book this family owned business again in a NY Minute.
