Positive: Not one thing Negative: Did not get the room I paid for. Mildew in bathroom. Bathroom door did not close and open all the way. Shower Bar was hanging Outlets in room did not work. No coffee pot in Room. No Continental Breakfast.
This post is about Meeco (not sure on spelling) at the front desk. Hotels.com charged me for my room, but didn't list it as prepaid on my account, so I paid for my room with my card when I arrived. Later I found that I was charged through hotels.com and at the hotel itself. After contacting hotels.com and getting absolutely nowhere, I reached out to the hotel. Meeco was extremely helpful and made sure it was all taken care of. Within 48 hours I had my refund. She was amazingly helpful and so kind. Thank you, Meeco. And sorry, I'm sure I didn't spell your name right.
Unsanitary, old, moldy, dirty, and bug infected property. The photos are posted by the property are bait and erroneously representing the property's current condition. Linens were dirty, carpets stained and not vacuumed in my room. I don't recommend this place at all. We had mold in the bathroom ceiling, roaches and the security latch didn't work. I booked through Expedia and complained to them directly about this place.
Breakfast? No' not really. Unless you typically have a Walmart granola bar fior breakfast. Also don't look for a plate or napkins. Small muffins too but usually they only put out 3 or 4. The rooms weren't great either. Had to kill a small roach on my nightstand. Banged up walls and ripped up carpets. Not concerned about customers really. I said something ti the night girl about stuff and she said I could go somewhere else if I'd like there's nothing she could do. Back door still unlocked all night and keypad outside not working. Mold and mildew in stairwell ice machine not working...

Positive: The staff was very nice. Negative: The upstairs hall floor felt like there was a trough in the middle under the carpet. The "nonsmoking" room still smelled like cigarettes. The fridge in the room was defrosting because the way it had been set into its cabinet. No microwavable cups in room. Negative: ""

A little run down , but it’s seems they are remodeling, clean rooms and beds are comfortable, didn’t see any bugs
