Where do I start? The interior decorating was barbaric. The floor was dirty as soon as we checked in. No room cleaning during the two night stay and price was too much considering this.
The positives, the check in lady was courteous. Pool was in operation during our stay. Location was very good as it was centrally located close to restaurants, etc.
They just need to put some investment into the rooms and surrounding area.
Worst place we have ever stayed in. 10/10 would NOT recommend. It doesn’t even deserve this one star. I wish I had read these Google reviews prior to booking! Traveled 3 hours to sleep in a non-smoking room which reeked of cigarettes. You book a non-smoking room for a reason! Management said they couldn’t move us to a different room and would not give us a refund for our one nights stay to go somewhere else. Tired and pregnant at 11PM, they didn’t care to try to accommodate their guests.
This hotel is showing its age and lack of investment by the owners. Whilst it’s clean and tidy the decor is very dated and well past its sell by date. The lighting is poor and does not really light up the room, the power sockets are sparse at best. The shower is not very good and water pressure poor. I have been here for over two weeks of a 3 week stay and thus far no one has been in to change the bedding or just freshen up the room

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I rented two rooms and upon Walking into the rooms there was flower seeds and roaches on the floor and at the entrance of the bathroom. Then once I sat down to relax a huge rat ran across the room and I noticed rat feces under the bed sheets!. Worst of all we found white pills under the bed and I don’t know if it could’ve been drugs or what it could’ve been and I refused to have my child around anything that could possibly harm him. I expressed my concern to the hotel clerk and she didn’t seem to care or wasn’t very concerned and was in denial of there being any rats when we left the place we saw her walk up the stairs with a big rat sticky pad to catch it. I do have a children I brought along and I told her I didn’t feel comfortable having them in a room that was filthy and unsanitary as well as the second room I had with children. This poses as a health hazard for my entire family. She offered to refund the second night only and not the first she basically told us we had to rough it out and stay if we wanted to even after hearing us express our concerns with what we found. We decided to not stay the 2 nights because the place was unsanitary and possibly dangerous. DO NOT waste your money here and especially do not bring your children here. I don’t wana leave 1 star because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had I’d give it ZERO stars if i could!
Sleep on the side walk or in your car literally anywhere else is better than here. Tv didn’t work water barely dribbles out of the shower head, doors barely stay shut I can go on and on. $107 bucks a night oughta come with some toilet paper.
Booked a non smoking room for 3 nights after checking in I went straight to the room it smelled like someone had just finished smoking weed in there and the beds smelled even worse....I walked straight back to the office and asked for a refund. the girl in front said I had to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. So I booked a room at the Days Inn wayyy better place by the way...next morning I went back to talk to the manager the girl in the front said the manager doesn't even come into the office that I would have to email her so i asked her for a refund for the 2 nights i hadnt stayed and she wouldn't even refund me that so I'm now disputing the charges with my bank
I tried to get this hotel through priceline . I put eagle pass tx. This came up and Inwas charged . I asked to speak to the manager over the phone and the manager even though was there would not come to the phone to talk to me. I wanted the same hotel name but different city in Texas . After reading the reviews though I am glad I did not go there . It must be a horrible place to stay and it always starts with leadership . A real leader would have at least came to the phone . I was trying to get reimbursed but now I know never to choose this hotel
