I had rented a room for my client a couple months ago. Booked the room for a week through Priceline. With check in time I was informed that there is an additional $150.00 refundable fee when check out time came. When I went to check out they didn't refund me the cash money I paid above the weekly rate. On top of that I was charged and additional $20.00 for my clients girlfriend staying with him for the evening. I have contacted the office personally four times and still have not received any of the money or extra I paid for back. I keep getting the run around about it saying that their bank said they sent the money back. Now I'm wondering if they have sent it by stork. Not ever would I recommend staying here because of extra charges and no service. Wish I could rate at a zero. Next I'm going to get a hold of BBB. The thing is I live in Ukiah.
Very friendly staff at the front desk at night and in the morning. Fast Fair and Friendly. Rooms were pretty good, and all 4 rooms had air conditioning that worked great. If you come by this mote on Route 101 in Ukiah, stop in for affordable rates. We had 4 double rooms for our family of 11
Clean rooms good beds fridge microwave and coffee maker in room decent shower good AC. Great for one or 2 nights stay. Nice swimming pool too. Forget the Motel 6
Positive: Easy to find. Room was cleaner then most. Negative: Air conditioning did not work. Attitude of owners and staff was extremely poor.
Positive: It's a very clean, and quiet motel well maintained. Staff was great. When the ice machine quit working the owner went to the store, and bought a bag for us. Thanks much. Negative: No.
Stayed here 8 years ago. That's why I chose it again. It is a nice place to stay if only a couple nights.
Just terrible, not clean, hairs on the bed everywhere, even after I changed the room, smell, but most important --- absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional stuff.
After I stayed in this hotel for the county fair last week, I found another charge to my bank for $50, I called the hotel, and they denied I even had a room there at all, let alone the additional charge. This hotel is a con for out of town people to fall in. Beware and check your banks if you have stayed here.
