So we arrived here at 9pm on a Saturday night couldn’t walk inside to front desk had to ring a bell and then wait several minutes for someone to come to front desk so we could get a key to the room we get to the room and the pool is directly in front of our room. There were kids screaming and shouting till late we ended up falling asleep to those noises ended up being around 11 PM. We get into the room and the couch looked very nasty. Kind of stained to look at the shower in the bathroom sink. There were hair not very much but you could tell the housekeeper did not do a very good job. I will say the bed was very comfy and that was the best part of the hotel along with the cheap price of the hotel for a cheap stay this hotel seems very good and I believe we just had a bad experience based off other reviews but just know if your room is on the first floor on the pool side and there are people out there late it will be loud and you can hear them along with anybody else coming in and out of their cars
A good clean room. Nothing fancy, just two beds and a clean shower for $75 and an additional $15 for my dog.
Got in at midnight and I made goofy trumpet noises until the attendant woke up. He was good natured about it. It is right off the highway and easy to get to.
For the price and cleanliness I give it an 8, but posting lies about breakfast!, a 2... So?, before ordering, call and ask if everything is in the details what they write..
Cheap prices and good for a stop to get some rest. I am not sure if the AC was working properly in the room but other than that it was in walking distance to McDonalds and Subway and Loves truck stop.
3 months ago I want to say I stayed here. The room was nice, and the location was decent. Very little to complain about. I stopped by after driving for 4 days likely got travelers sickness, however shortly after checking out I began to feel quezy it may have been from the ice cube machine downstairs.
Clean, good motel, can’t beat the price! Some of these reviews are extreme, looks like people who don’t seem to have stayed in any or many motels. This is a nice one! Now, it’s not the Hilton, dont get it twisted. But, I’ll stay here again. And I am pleased with money spent and what we got. Rooms are retro, Friends was playing on the TV when we got in, feels like I step back in time! A cheap room, good quality and overall great experience.

And I have stay in alot of dumps. They would not give me clean sheet during my stay. Said they don't change sheets. Wouldn't give me another room. And would give me a refund on my night so I could go somewhere else. Therefore I ended up sleeping the night on a uncovered mattress. Buyer beware
Perfect 4 Day stay at this place. First off it's located conveniently off the interstate on Leeb Drive, across from a Love's truck stop. But it sets off by itself on a wildlife sanctuary, which makes it a very peaceful place. The hotel is painted well, and the rooms are clean. All amenities were provided as necessary. The bed was comfortable and the hot water adequate for reviving showers. The noise level was very minimal and the parking area was convenient. The waterfowl in the lake were a bird lovers paradise! This truly is America's Best Value Inn.
