Best WLM Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised at the offering here, having stayed at a Motel-6 the night before this place was in a different league for the same price. The room was meticulously clean, area was quiet, bed was really comfortable and I had a really good night sleep. Staff at reception were friendly when checking me in. This place offers incredible value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Tupelo.
Positive: Room was very clean. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Negative: It was a little weird to be buzzed in to the lobby to check in. I also had not realized all the rooms were facing the parking lot, but parking lot was well lit and I did not feel unsafe.
Worst hotel ever! Traveling in Mississippi on business on Aug 2, 2024 and the front desk clerk was extremely rude. He shouldn't be working in hospitality with such poor customer service skills. Once i got into my room and sheets were stained. Pillow cases were stained. Garbage still in the room and the room had a foul odor. Nats or some flying insect were everywhere! I asked for a room change due to how disgusting the room was and denied. I guess you get what you pay for. Never will I recommend this hotel to any friends or colleagues of mine. There are much better options in Tupelo, MS. My advice, stay elsewhere.
Room 225 has bed bugs. Told us that he was not allowed to give refunds but he eventually gave it to us. We stayed all week but had different rooms. He was rude and did not make this a great experience for us. I will not be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends or family.
Clean, quiet, quick check-in. It's a little dated but very affordable. Great value. Has a refrigerator, near lots of restaurants and grocery stores.
On 3 week road vacation; best value - no joke - in entire trip so far. No marijuana smells like so many other “no smoking” rooms.
A great value! Rooms are nice and clean. A good location. Staff was very friendly!
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We're on a bicycle trip and had to spend a night in Tupelo waiting for one of our bicycles to get repaired. This hotel was near the bike shop and allowed pets so it was really our only option. But, like I said, we were pleasantly surprised and had a great stay. The customer service was great, the room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We would stay here again if we passed through Tupelo!
