I'm fairly certain this location is closed. Considering the owner asked me to leave two days early during my three day stay so they could close. I was assured a full refund. A week later and I'm having to dispute it with Priceline and my bank. Dude was a total con man and his shady and standoffish behavior when asking about my refund all but confirmed it would be a headache to get back. This place has been a dump for years now. During my stay there was no breakfast, no cable, barely any furniture in the rooms like there should have been, and most of the doors don't work with the keys. The manager was super friendly and willing to help with anything though. Don't bother wasting your time here. And if the owner sees this review, give me back my money already your greedy liar.
First thing first. The gentleman checking us in was very polite, and friendly. I told him I was a vet headed to the Memphis VA and he thanked me over and over for my service. Now, this is the bad part.. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. 1. We couldn't get in the room, the keys never worked, they had to unlock the door. 2. There was no toiletries in the bathroom, no towels, no toilet paper. Nothing. 3. The TV did not work. No signals on any channel.. they didn't not bother to fix it. 4. There was a black women walking around behind the counter, IN HER PAJAMAS, I asked if she worked there, she said, HELL NO.. 5. I demanded a refund, the night manager didn't know how to do that. He had to call his boss, which was trying to get us to change our minds..NO WAY.. This place is NOT America's best value.. needs to be turned into a kennel..
RUN! This place is horrible. We booked it through expedia. In town for a weekend wedding. Our first room, the key never worked and the lady on staff kept saying she reached out to maintance.the bedding looked dingy and unclean. Lady didn't even offer another room. When the shift changed the new lady on duty gave us another room we had same issue with the key not working and ran into maintenance guy and he gave us another card. Rooms and building are old and dingy, even the name on hotel outside was missing. Never never use this place or recommend it to anyone. We had no other hotel options. The ice machine worked but I only used it to cover the drinks in my cooler. When I say run. Please avoid this dump????❤
Positive: Cheap rate Negative: No breakfast as they promised. No tv service at all. The room could be better cleaned
Positive: Nothing. Very old hotel, needs updating very badly! Negative: Took forever to get a room that a key would work. Tv , hair dryer, phone in the room, didn't work. No NOT water in the bathroom sink. Very out dated hotel. Understaffed, charged twice for the same reservation. Let's to much lower class people stay there. Negative: ""
I will never stay there again nasty room has holes in the wall macowave was so nasty we had to clean it are self nats ever we're went to get ice 5 big bags of trash sitting by it with nats and flys gag and the deluxe breakfast ???? 2 days we were there they said they had nothing to put out to eat wow worse place would not recommend it to any one don't get fooled nothing like they advertised
The pillows were dirty and smelly The room was very filthy. The doors were broke. I stayed there two days with no key to my room. The hotel had roaches the hotel had bedbugs. I took picture of everything inside of the room. The bathtub was nasty.
Goodness. I walked in the front door to absolute filth. There is no more I can say...after starting the check in process, and looking around and seeing some of the sketchy patrons of this establishment...and left. I hoped they wouldn't charge me but at that point..didn't care.
