Horrible experience. Whole place is being renovated and it smells bad. Cigarette holes in our non-smoking bed sheets. They turned the water off at 11am with no notice and didn’t turn back on for 30 minutes. Water never got hot. Hairdryer didn’t work. Toilet didn’t stop running. Hallways were always rambunctious.
Came here in middle of the night new to town , Josh at the front help me out , rooms are clean , no bugs yay! They have a continental breakfast waffles, coffee cereal etc. parking is good quiet. Came with two kids and felt safe. Thanks again to Josh! Ac was cold too that’s a plus. Right off the hwy , get back on the rd quick
I just want to give a big shout out to the housekeepers. They are hard working and very dedicated to what they do. You can tell they put their effort. They make you feel welcomed. Good job to the managers that hired them. For anyone making a trip to Temple or for anyone who is searching for a more welcome stay this is the place..
This was the worst experience that I had stayed in a hotel. It was disgusting and a waste of money and the worst experience that I had stayed in a hotel. It was hot (the a/c didn’t work well), dirty floors, trash under beds, dirty bathroom, before getting to the room there was sharp things sticking out of the ground. The only thing nice of the place was the receptionist desk. They will not give a discount or refund because they don’t care that the room was not cleaned before putting me|In the room. The receptionist will tell you one price when you call and when you show up tell you another one!!! I wouldn’t even give one star but I have to so I can post this review. Do not stay here!! If the owners of this hotel read this please message or call me before the customer care for your hotel are the worst!!! Positive: Location and price Negative: Bed Bugs!!! I was miserable for 2 weeks. Spent WAY TOO MUCH trip time and money on treating bites, killing the bugs in and on my belongings, laundering and vacuuming everything. There were hundreds of dead cockroaches in my room and hall. Disgusting!
I work at the meta data center down the road and I was looking to stay close to my job and went to three different hotels before I got to this one the The hotel manager sam is awesome great customer service the room was very clean they have complimentary coffee in the room breakfast in the am I was very happy with my stay I came back the next day and stayed again if you're look for budget Friendly place to stay in Temple this is it
I needed a place to stay by my job for a couple nights I went to three different hotels and they said it was too early to rent a room I came to America's Best value inn and the hotel manager Sam was very nice great customer service rooms were clean with plenty of amenities
No hot water available in the showers. Room smelt like death and very outdated. I checked in at 9 pm and checked out at 6am. Guy at the desk said he checked “an hour” before I got there and there was hot water and if I’d let him know sooner he could have done something lol he knew when I knew…… not worth the money!!!!
