This place has potential but definitely needs a staff makeover because the people that work there now were rude and just had attitude to make matters worse. My room had about a 1/4 of an inch. Opening in which in a certain angle you could see all the way in my room !!

We stay here all the time. Frankie is usually the lady that helps us get checked in and settled. She is super nice, very professional, and always has a GREAT attitude. If ever I have a problem with anything, super rare, Frankie has no problem running over to check it out and get it solved immediately. It’s located in walking distance to Wal-Mart, Dominoes, Dollar Tree. Anything you could possibly want/need is within a five minute walk. We really appreciate the service and friendliness of all the staff: ladies in the office, housekeepers, maintenance. Everybody is truly wonderful. Special shout-out to Frankie and her going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Look forward to our next stay with you guys!!
Positive: "" Negative: Rooms wernt very clean and very dated. Hard time finding working outlets to charge devices. All I could smell leaking into my room was other people smoking weed in their rooms.
I reserved a room because it was a good price and the reviews were ok but it is nothing like the pictures. Very run down! TV didn't work, pool was green, hot tub was half full and moldy and the shower was gross. Trying to get a refund only a few minutes after check in ????guess I'll have to wait and see
I came from out of town and this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Stains on the sheets, water faucet a constant drip, ceiling looked like it was going to fall in, mold on the ceiling, and the room stunk. The own worker even admitted they would sleep there so why would you rent a room to anyone else.....
Well have to say I been at this hotel since February. It is reasonable never had any problems with my room. Kesia is the best manager there n Kia is also the best assistant manager they have gotten this hotel under control n I'm Thankful for that knowing we all r Protected day n night. Frankie is the best she makes sure all check in r rooms r good n if anything wrong she go out her way to make sure we r n make sure we all have a comfortable stay.. Housekeeping Mary Alice ,Ashley,Vanessa n the Maintance guys r all the best they fix wat needs to be fixed if u need any linen r toilet etc.. they stay on top of it..
This hotel isn't wat it used to be so don't judge it for the pass judge it for wat it is today n dats PEACE N QUIET N FRIENDLY
In regards of location you're in between Domino's Pizza Dollar Tree(favorite) Walmart and Murphy's gas(affordable/and membership deals). Yeah the pool and hot tub are inconvenient but it doesn't make up fir the help and hospitality of Keasia, Keya, and Frankie. Being here and the struggles that life is quickly to hand anyone they have been more than helpful. There's no way I could have made this far had not been for them. Ty all.....
I enjoy the staff members and the front dest workers especially. Kea, Keisha, and Frankie. They were always helpful and would give the best deals around town. Vary welcoming and friendly environment.
