Positive: It's affordable if all you need is a place to sleep for the night. It is well lit up outside and cameras everywhere, so I felt my truck was safe. The staff are super nice and helpful. Negative: The window to my room was unlocked and not completely closed. The security latch was dangling because a screw was missing. Curtains don't close fully so the flood lights from the parking lot and walkways filled the room and the couch had gross stains.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I worked closely with the Manager Kevin in securing rooms during the height of the storms that took out power across the city. Kevin was phenomenal and helped me secure rooms for our crews who were in Houston to assist with storm damage clean up. When I needed another room and his hotel was booked, he found a nearby hotel that had a room available and put me in contact with them. I would highly recommend this hotel and will use again in the future.
I recently stayed in this inn for a few days. I was very disappointed with Tina’s customer service in her extreme rudeness and inconsiderate manner towards me as her customer. The room was decently clean, but I could not sleep due to a loud noise of the refrigerator running all night long. It was the worst customer service and very uncomfortable stay in all of my travels. When I visit this town next time, I’ll definitely stay in a different hotel!
Positive: Great bed mattress!! Negative: There are stains on the love sofa. And too few channels on TV, not much there to watch.
My partner and I came to this hotel all the time but this past time I woke up to big black beetles crawling in my hair!! I ended up finding 3 beetles total in my room. The manager laughed while I told her about the situation. Will not be returning. Bottom of doors should be resealed!
the bed is super hard not very comfortable. so are the pillows. but good size rooms, one other thing is their is no coffee pot in the room.
Very friendly staff, nice clean and spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Also a nice little breakfast.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice and QUIET the rooms are! Most hotels and motels, I feel like I can hear everything. Not here!
Check by the front office and pay a visit to their beautiful bird!! Managment was very kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person.
Maybe a 5-minute drive from many food options and a few bars.
