The price was decent. Due to the weather emergency. But we asked for a non-smoker room and the room was full of smoke smell. We have an infant so we really needed a room with ac. They also have bed bugs and when we spoke to them about it they were smirky and would not give us a refund for the extra day we paid before we saw the bed bugs.
Upon arrival we noticed the room was okay. When we took our shoes off I realized the floor was dirty and sticky as my kids feet and our feet were charcoal black. When I proceeded to lay in bed I turned off the lights with just the tv on and after about 15 minutes I felt something biting me on my back. I got up turned on the lights and when I looked on the bed where I was laying I saw a bed bug! I killed it with my nail and blood came out! My husband immediately called the owner and the owner stated he had never had a single complaint but the evidence was obvious!!! He changed the sheets and after that I realized the new sheets were filled with bed bug poop residue!!! Black tiny blotches all over. Needless to say we were not offered any kind of refund as the owner refused to accept the fact that he has a bed bug issue. We checked out the next day since we were trying to find a place with AC after the storm. We left as soon as we could. I will never come back to this hotel!! I have the bites on my back as well. I have the pictures but can’t post on here as that is not an option here. Horrible experience!
We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The owners were always friendly, the rooms are clean (we wiped down with Clorox wipes and it was very clean) The location is great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and clean environment. We will 10/10 stay here again.

canceled my room when i had no service (at 6pm) to cancel my reservation for no reason although their check in rules had NO TIME LIMIT when i booked. yasssss ????????
Nice and clean. Bedspreads are worn out and have cigarette burns. It was still a nice and comfortable hotel. Their breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 am, though.
I stay here often. The rooms are always very clean and the gentleman that works at the front desk is a very sweet and helpful man. I always have a good experience when dealing with him. The woman that works during the day is not very personable. She acts like you are bothering her if you need something.
The rooms are nice but could use a tad bit of upgrades. I experienced it to be more modern. This is the reason I gave the rooms a 4 instead of a 5. The service scored a 3 because we initially didn't feel welcomed. We were made to feel as if we had just blindly wondered to a place we didn't belong. Granted, we were in an area not too diverse as you would think in 2023. But our booked reservation was a total contradiction to her initial thought of us. After a couple moments of conversation, we could almost see her guard going lowering and her comfort level rising. Maybe an hour or so later, another clerk, a man this time, came outside and racially profiled my husband stating that the property doesn't allow smoking weed or any kind of drugs on the premises and if the other guests smell it they would call 12 on us. My husband was clear across the parking lot and was not the only person out there but he was, however the only 'BLACK PERSON' out there. Walking towards my husband to join him at the smoke shop he had just left, to be shown their wide variety of products other smoke shops didn't have, both of us engaged in casual conversation with each other, the clerk then looked ate upside my head, asking if I had a question as if I was talking to him just because I looked at him as I passed by. Again, as if I wasn't supposed to be here. The reason for the 3 stars for service. The price was surprisingly deeply discounted due to my and my husband's frequent 'BAECATIONS'!!
