This is the worst hotel by far! Bed bugs, roaches and nets everywhere! Sink clogged up as well. Their was dog hair all over the tables and bed. Asked if I could switch rooms and they refused! This place needs to be shut down by the health department. Tub and faucet also clogged. Video will be posted on Tic tok( Jojodancer326), Facebook (Jotye Robinson-Morris) and YouTube (Jojodancer326). This place gets no stars!
I made a reservation for the week, I changed it one night, i didn't even stay there, i went down the road, i didnt even bother for a refund. It was loud, I didn't feel my work truck or equipment was safe and i just got of there. they got a free room out of me.
Very dated hotel no free breakfast tv didn’t work super low water pressure overall the worst place I have stayed at and to top it off I was billed multiple times still have yet fo talk with a manager that can handle the reason for my addition billing that 3 staff members can’t answer to BEWARE!! Don’t Book off the internet they will bill you for xtra rooms I only booked 1 toom got charged for a second place is a total scam!!!! BEWARE!!’ SCAMMERS !!! Another month gone bye sure they have Scammed more people!! More people with my same complaints terrible customers services
I stayed at this…establishment…for roughly nine hours of my life. I had a whole review written but I decided to delete the whole thing and rewrite my whole story.
So my work place sends me here to stay for a couple nights. I came from Pennsylvania so it was about a 7 hour drive, first of all and I was already exhausted because I didn’t sleep well the night before. But before leaving the airport, I looked up where I was driving to and saw that this place had a 2.7 out of 5 rating. I thought, how bad could it actually be?
2.7 is too high for this place.
I get there around 1 in the morning. I park and go to the window.
Dark, dreary, cheap atmosphere. Trashy…stuff falling apart. Ice machine outside falling apart.
The owner hands me a piece of paper. I didn’t know he wanted me to sign it. After a moment hesitation on my end, he yells at me to sign it in a very condescending tone. I brush it off and do as he says.
He hands me a room key that is bent and almost destroyed.
I drive to where my room is and there are people outside talking loudly and yelling at eachother. I felt unsafe.
I hurry up and get into a gross smelling, dreary room with a really loud AC and a phone that has no signs of working at all.
So I go straight to bed.
I wake up in a couple hours with a bad itching sensation on my arm and back. I check myself out and I was definitely being bit by a bug…I assume bed bugs.
I decide to bring this to the owner’s attention in the morning by making an attempt to go to the front office. The door was locked and he was no where to be found. There was a sign on the door that read “Door locked from 11pm to 5am.”
It was 7 am.
I finally get a hold of him over the phone and bring the bed bugs up to him. He makes no offer to even come check the room or my bites out. He says “Well what do you want?” I requested to change rooms. He says “no.”
So obviously, I rapidly and forcefully got a hold of my work place and told them the situation. They moved me as soon as they could. Thank GOD.
The owner of that place needs his business license taken away because he is disgusting and he is a total slumLord and a total a*hole on top of that.
And to advertise as free coffee and breakfast? Where? If you served food I’ll bet it was expired.
I looked at the other reviews, and I saw that the owner accuses his guests of stealing TVs if the room doesn’t have one. I am not at all surprised. He seems like the type. This is not America’s best. it is America’s worst.
UNDER NEW MANAGMENT IT SAYS **** Honestly The reviews are people who think every place is a Hyatt . I checked in smoothly, girl at the front desk was kind super fast check in - yeah it needs TLC but I came to my room ( ask for 213 ) AC is brand NEW still with plastics on + new lamp fixtures - IM OCD i checked the bedding the mattress covers looks all NEW
Bathroom was clean ! New soaps & all clean towels. honeslty I wouldnt mind coming back here • If you are a guy looking for a crash pad for the night or 3 this is amazing • my friends stayed up the street for $407 a night • Trust me when I tell you Im perfectly fine here ive stayed in 5 star Hotel in Milan • Dubai • Miami
again a little TLC but im happy. Also for the owner just get a power wash on the building & floor & bam !
Positive: It was a place to stay when visiting my mom whose place was not ready for guests Negative: We were only expecting a clean place to stay, but they could even be bothered to bring towels. Also, the tv didn't work, we asked to fix and they said maintenance would come over later to fix but never did. Next time, I'll at least use a choice hotel.
I am buying a vehicle in town and the out of state process took a couple days.... so stayed here ... Owner is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. I was treated like a thief because when he saw my dog , he automatically assumed I hadn't paid the $10 fee. SMH.... The room key locks you out at 10 am even tho checkout is 11. I just went out to start my truck and couldn't get back into my room. He then wouldn't reactivate the key but insisted he had to reopen the room.... If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating... America's Best should consider taking their name off the sign.... Worst motel experience I've ever had.... Absolutely unacceptable. Shut this guy down
I don't like Roaches Roaches they wasn't cleaning rooms people steaing they needs to be in compliance with the store and local government
