Our stay was great. Our room as well as my father in laws room next door to us was descent. Didn’t see any bugs and didn’t have any bad smells. The staff was pretty great. The ONLY a complaints I have was our king bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the frame was broke but the frame didn’t hinder our sleep in any way. My father in laws bed was so soft and comfortable but his curtain and bed skirt was ripped. But over all, we had a great time and had no issues with check in. The location was very convenient to the beach, food, and fun. The pool was clean. there is no breakfast, just coffee. But the McDonald’s was in the next parking lot. Would most definitely stay here again. ????????
I am so happy that we stayed here. We were well taken care of with plenty of fresh clean towels. The location was perfect for our needs. We stayed in the king bed, smoking room and I was pleasantly surprised to not see burn holes in the bedding or the pull out sofa bed. We will definitely stay here again.
So I just checked in expecting the worst after reading the reviews. I came in expecting to smell a dead body and see lots of people hanging over a balcony partying and the room to be nasty. WELL we walked in and the room smelled fresh, VERY clean room and bathroom. Clean sheets and bed is comfy. The room has a lot of room too. I do not know what I these other people were talking about but there reviews made me very skeptical about getting the room considering I have a 5 month old. It's VERY good for the price we paid. We will be here a month and only paid 700. Do NOT listen to these other reviews. I've only been here about two hours but I would have seen the problems they were naming as soon as I walked in. Thank goodness I took a chance on this place even with the reviews because we were able to save a lot of money.
I had a very enjoyable visit. My room was clean and very nicely arranged, especially for the price! I was very satisfied all the way around. Housekeeping had great upbeat and positive attitudes. Very accommodating with my requests and helpful with directions to some locations I needed to visit while I stayed. Travis and his staff are doing a wonderful job with how well they keep the place feeling secure and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. I will reserve again and would recommend to anyone!
The first thing that gave this hotel a 5 star rating is when I first checked in my reservation got cancelled because I wasn't there the first night. It was an error on my end. However the manager went above and beyond to help me get my room. I felt appreciated and treated right. I will recommend this place to others. Also room was very nice and housekeeping did a great job. I will miss this place for sure. Will definitely be back.
The staff is the only reason I gave 3 stars. The ones I encountered were very friendly people. The room I had was not good, worn out, hard bed. It had a weird odor, not a clean smell. The carpet was sticky, its a good thing I had slippers, the bathroom floor had a greasy film on it. The towels and sheets were stained. Not a little stained but throw them away and get new stuff stained. The place needs to be updated .
This place is going through renovations but it is definitely run down. It needs a lot of work. I felt like for the money we paid it was so not worth it. The room we has was updated but had a horrible smell to it. I had to go to the store and get things to try and freshen up the room. The smell ate right through it. The pool is in need of cleaning and repair. The only good thing about our stay was the two staff members we encountered that were very nice.
Traveling for a family vacation with kids. Good room for the price, run down right now but they are doing a lot of remodeling. Stayed in an updated room which was nice, bathroom could use a fan in it though. Overall I would stay again, I was worried to stay here due to the other bad reviews but when seeing they were gutting the rooms out and adding all new furniture, beds, and carpet made me feel better. They are trying! Staff was awesome very nice and we got into town earlier than we thought so they let us check in a little early. I would stay here again with my kids.
