Rooms were good. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was horrible, but the worst thing was the man who was "supervising Breakfast. He was super rude to the point of being offensive. He should be fired.
I have been on the road since September 5, and this is by far the filthyist place by far. Once I unpacked and really looked at the room, I tried calling the front desk to ask them to send someone to clean to no avail. Walked to the office and The guy at the front desk was very confrontational. Sent a woman to clean the bathroom that could not speak English and sprayed chemicals on everything. If it wasn't late I would look for another place. Will start asking to see the room first from now on.
I made a booking for a room online through HOTELS.COM and when I went to check in the clerk stated they needed a $50.00 CASH deposit for all rooms made online. I told her I would not pay an additional funds because the room is already paid. Now no way to get a hold of anyone to get my refund. RUN AWAY, DO NOT STOP HERE. NOT A GOOD PLACE to stay when you walk into the office and a lady above the door on a balcony asks you if you need company for the night
The girl they have working at the Church St location in Murfreesboro TN better watch how she speaks to people. This world is a crazy place. I edited this review because I was a bit harsh initially. I actually enjoy my stay every time. I won't let a rude employee steal my joy.
Positive: Just got wife out of hospital, they were able to accommodate my request for the handicap room. Negative: Staff very professional and very friendly.
I have not had any issues while staying here, the rooms have been redone and they look great. The pool is not open however.
I placed a reservation online and there was nothing about a deposit, but when I got there the big lady behind the counter said it was . I asked her to show me but she couldn’t because I looked at the same hotel ok two different phones no where was there anything about a deposit. And I will be suing for false advertisement!
Semi truck parking. Restaurants in walking distance. Weekend night desk guy is very nice and helpful even though he is a Michigan fan.
