It is worth the money you spent here. There no other place like home. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will meet your needs if you have a question or a problem. Well quiet spot and very safe place. There is a few gas stations nearby and eating spots. The rooms are very well keep and clean. The hotel is well maintained.The parking lot is cleaned and well keep.
Positive: location. There was also sufficient lighting in the room. Negative: Bathroom. Toilet overflowed-they came and serviced it right away, floor mopped. Bathroom counter did not allow toilet seat to raise fully. Poor design. Could hear lots of room noise from other guests. Continental breakfast was a honey bun and Sunny D
Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff are super friendly and accommodating.
However, the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dirty, there’s still hair from prior guests on the toilet and even on the “clean” towels. There’s dirt and grime build up on the walls and in the fridges and microwaves. They desperately need to renovate. The location is sketchy, and traffic is almost always at a standstill. But that’s nothing the hotel can help.
The breakfast is honestly a joke. Honey buns and kool aid jammers. That’s it.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Old, outdated furniture, linens, carpet. Needs renovations and good scrubbing. I have stayed at other hotels at that price point that were much cleaner and had a better Continental Breakfast than a honey bun and coffee.
We stopped at this hotel around 3:00 am because we needed a place to sleep for a little while after driving. The room was $80. I was able to pay cash which was a positive and the desk clerk was friendly enough. The lobby smelled clean and looked decent but, when we went into the room I was extremely disappointed. There was a large hole in the top blanket on the bed that was about 2" in diameter. There were two pillows on a king size bed and they were flat and basically non-existent. The control knobs and buttons in the heating and cooling unit were mostly gone and bare metal and insides were showing. There were stains on the walls. The bathroom had an old kleenex fixture that was rusted. The toilet paper holder was also rusty. I didn't even attempt to use the shower. My husband fell asleep quickly, but I laid awake for an hour or so before finally making myself doze off. I kept feeling paranoid that bugs would be crawling on me even though I didn't see any. For the price I would not recommend. I might have given $30 and left a more positive review.
The hotel rooms smelled horrible. The hotel has a no refund policy and we were in town for the weekend. Ironically the sheets and bed were very clean. It's the carpet and the walls that smelled so bad. We had to go to a store and purchase products to clean the carpet and walls. Worst smelling hotel rooms i've ever been in. It's an insult that there isn't some kind of quality check on a room that's been deemed "clean". It was obvious those rooms smelled bad as soon as you opened the door.
I wasn't expecting perfection, but this room smelled like a dirty locker room. Its a shame they had a no refund policy because i'd have definitely demanded my money back.
Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Loud music all night long. Lots of cigarette holes in blankets. Hair and food in between sheets. Some sort of gross sticky substance stuff on one furniture. A tuff of hair hanging from the desk. Nasty bathroom, doubt it had seen cleaning products in a while, facial and pubic hair everywhere. Weird smell coming from an open apartment in front of elevator. Just nasty, repulsive, awful. Could only sleep after asking for new sheets and changing them all myself. And even then, couldn’t sleep because the walls are paper thin and this must be some sort of drug or hookup joint. Music went on all night long. I found a bed bug crawling on my pillow, a cockroach in the bathroom. Door wouldn’t close properly. Spent the night sitting on the chair waiting for the torture to end.
Positive: ? I really can't say Negative: The air-conditioner was full of dust and smells like cigarettes smoke, the carpet was very nasty to walk on
