Newly renovated rooms. Great value for the price. Surrounding restaurants Burger King, McDonald's, Shell gas station. Very convenient access right next to 475. Only one mile away from Macon Mall. In 5 mi from downtown. With great customer service
The staff is nice and very helpful and it's affordable. I'm new to Georgia so I needed to be able to save money as much as possible. I moved here temporarily from ATL to get my money up and learn Georgia a lil better. The prices are the cheapest in this large section of GA.
If you're looking to get some rest and need somewhere that's cheap and location is convenient right off highway 475 close to many convenience stores, fast foods, Walmart, clothing, groceries and so much more. The room is comfortable clean Lenin's and it's the cheapest around price can't be beat!!!
This place is disgusting. Only one light worked in the room. Sink was stopped up with some kind of brown liquid. My blanket had atleast 15 burn holes in it. Front desk told me they couldn't replace it, that all the brown blankets look like that. Methheads all around us. This place needs to be shut down. Stains all over the carpet. Completely disgusting. Wouldn't even entertain the mention of a refund. I called priceline to complain, next thing I know the front desk lady is banging on the door with a nasty attitude. Don't stay here
Terrible place and horrible employees. Rude people. Couldn’t even get us into our room bc there was 5 of us. Someone was nice enough to offer the room to us and took it up with the office. And we left to find somewhere else to go bc this place is absolutely disgusting. But came back bc everywhere was full temporarily until we could find somewhere else to go. N we get kicked out. Roaches in the fridge. And treated us terrible we still were waiting to get checked in 40 minutes after our checkout.
Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever dealt with. The owner copy and pastes the same reply to almost all complaints and does not care how she treats her customers 100% will never book here again. We Booked a room to escape hurricane Milton which is hitting directly where I live. We booked ahead and called to make sure they had rooms and would allow a dog, they told us it was fine and would be handled at check in. After fighting traffic for 11.5 hours with my wife and a 4 month old we get there to check in. They ignore me at the check in desk for nearly 15 minutes just talking to each other before coming over to me only to refuse me a room I already paid for saying they no longer had pet friendly rooms. The lady behind the desk was incredibly rude and condescending. She then proceeded to lie and say there were several hotels within 5 minutes with let availability. After calling around for nearly 45 minutes I found they were all booked and was forced to drive an additional 2 hours to find a hotel for my family. The outside of this hotel is gross with multiple A/C units clearly broken I can’t imagine how horrible the inside is. I would give 0 stars if possible and strongly urge anyone seeking a hotel to book elsewhere. This is beyond unprofessional
My sister booked a hotel room to get out of Hurricane Milton’s path. She booked the room in advance and spoke to with the front desk and let them know they have a dog. Their response was, “we’ll take care of everything at the front desk when you get here”. After an 11 hour drive with a four month old, they were denied a room because they didn’t have any dog rooms available. The lady advised her there were several hotel rooms in the area (there’s not). After venting my frustration on the phone, the lady said I have an attitude and I need to be quiet. I’m sorry, there’s a hurricane my sister is trying to get away from, she has four month old, and you can’t find a way to accommodate her? Terrible place and even worse people
I called ahead to check for availability and informed the staff that I would be traveling with my dog. The staff member assured me that everything would be taken care of at check-in. After booking my room, I drove 11 hours through heavy traffic to avoid Hurricane Milton, traveling with my newborn in desperate need of safe shelter. Upon arrival, I was rudely turned away and told there were no pet-friendly rooms available, despite clearly stating I’d be bringing a dog. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and uncaring, suggesting other hotels nearby had availability, which was a lie—everything was full due to the evacuation. It was late, and I had no choice but to drive an additional two hours to find a safe place for my child. This inn does not deserve anyone’s business. No one should have to deal with such treatment, especially during a crisis with a young infant. Zero stars if I could.
