The managers are a bunch of dirty slum lord pos. Dirty room dirty towels. Ac was and didn't blow. TV remote....didn't work....phone didn't work. We immediately asked for a refund and they refused. Don't ever support these dirty awful sad excuses for humans. Pure utter garbage.
I hope it gets hit by arson
We saw the rating on trip advisor so we waned to see it before we booked a room. It looked abandoned when we pulled up and a little sketchy even though it looked fairly clean. Far from the pic on trip advisor. We didn’t think it would be a safe place to be after dark so we de used to find a better place to stay
worst customer service. been with expedia for years they called the hotel themselves and asked for my cancellation fee to be removed and they denied it because they’re lazy and incompetent. Manny mary whatever this ladies name is was more than rude and just converting to me using a thirddparty especially after personally contacting ms or mr manny and saying the computer won’t letter her which is a sorry excuse. so now i’m paying a $200 fee for someone’s lazyness specially having a death in the family. never again will I use this company.
Lots Of Bad Reviews. And Alot Of The Bad Reviews Are Indeed Very True. From My Experience With This Extremely Unprofessional People In This Establishment. The Service Is Very Lousy. The Man And His Wife Have Very Unpleasant Attitudes. They Are Very Rude As The Other Written Reviews Complained. And They Are Discriminating. The Rooms Are Dirty, With Very Foul Scents, Roaches & Rats. Poor Management. False Advertisement About Having Breakfast, When You Get To The Front Desk They Tell You "No Breakfast , Go To Mc'donalds For Breakfast".This Has Got To Be The Worse Hotel In Georgia. Horrible Customer Service.

Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. No extra latch on front door and they gave us a room in the back of the hotel with someone in the adjoining room. We did not feel safe.
They did not provide wash clothes and when I asked for some, they said we had them already. When I said we didn't, they told us to come get them ourselves.
Paint pealing from the ceilings and no breakfast available. 1 very small piece of soap for 2 people and no other supplies available. The room was dusty.
Definitely not worth the $100 that Booking.com charged.
I stayed 4 nights and my room was clean, (no roaches) I even got a $5 discount per night , Front desk was nice, housekeepers were nice did there job well. My overall experience was great. Will definitely return
I was hesitant about staying at an inn, but this place was very clean. The beds, floors, and walls are very clean. The prices are decent as well. I really liked the experience.
Can’t get any worse than this, when I was checking in I asked an employee at the front desk if I had to give the other’s person ID, I was told , that wasn’t necessary!!! So I went to the city and my friend with the other key was trying to open the door, but cheap magnetic key doesn’t work!!! He went to the front desk, asked if he could get it fixed but was denied that for security reasons, so I called them , told them that I could FaceTime or Duo and to show my ID to prove that is me, but I was denied again . My friend have heart condition and he needed his medication !!! So I had to come all the way back to the hotel to figure that out!! They have no compassion, no common sense , they were talking about security and stuff , but last night at 12 some random dude knocked on our door!!!
Also cockroaches and bed bugs!!! WiFi doesn’t work at all!!!
