Best WLM Reviews

Room 302 absolutely smelled like a smoker has been living in it. Stains and burns on the furniture and carpet. What appears to be some excrement on the wall and clothing in the dresser. Horrible. We stayed because we were just to tired to deal with the hassle. Front desk people were nice though.
The room was not bad, but we won’t be letting our daughter stay there again. The lady at the front desk Pat is very unprofessional, she needs to learn how to be professional or find another job because she’s not good at the one she has. You can’t take the breakfast back to your room, which I don’t understand I’ve stayed at nicer hotels and they didn’t have a problem with that. Also you can’t have visitors, it’s policy.
Arrived on Friday night after 10pm. Lugged our bags up to our room only to find stained bed covers, sheets, chair, and a very musty odor. We asked to change rooms.
We had 3 options. A pet friendly room and two king suites with a pull out bed. The pet friendly room smelled like mildew and animal urine (please be animal). One of the king suites (the larger of the two) smelled like mildew and old stale cigarettes. We opted for the other king suite.
We had to Tetris the furniture to open the pull out. The room seemed moist. Figured the ac just wasn't on, so turned the temp down to get it going. A bug crawled out from behind the bathroom mirror and hastily retreated. Finally crawled into bed (sheets where clean!), but everything seemed damp. Not wet, but like if you are outside when you hit the dew point and you start feeling clammy. I had to put on a sleeved shirt so I wouldn't feel sticky against the sheets. Slept alright till the fire alarm when off in another room. It lasted a short time so no evacuation needed.
Breakfast was not great but there were hot items and it was ok.
I will shout out to the staff who gave us options for rooms. She really went above and beyond. However we decided to make the 4 hour drive home rather than stay the second night we paid for.
Our room smelled like an ash tray, we literally checked out not even 10 mins of being in the room. My husband called up to the front desk to ask if they could switch us rooms or refund us, front desk lady gave him attitude, and while we were leaving I heard her talking horrible about my husband. Poor service all around. Definitely not coming back!
Do Not Recommend! There were several dead roaches in the room. The staff was quick and helpfull to switch my room. Then I saw a live one in the lobby and had to book another hotel.
I took pictures, but not sure how to post them here, not that anyone wants to see such a thing.
So I visited the location recently and was not greeted by nice pleasant people. I was there visiting a friend. Knowing where I was going and the room number I said good morning and proceeded to the room. The lady was stopping me saying I needed to speak with her manager first. I felt very uncomfortable being stopped while with my son and made to speak with a manager just to go to my friends room. They wanted to know where i was going fine but stopping to question me about intentions or anything was way out of line. The ladies at the front desk pat and Miranda need a crash course on communication and customer service.
so turns out Sue the manager and Pat are just alike! i thought sue was an amazing employee with the act she gave but that was false.
After getting into it with Pat so many times, because she just continued to argue with me and wouldn’t let my mom come in the room, mind you it’s my mom! Pat never mentioned that others couldn’t visit, she just continued saying “ it doesn’t matter what another employee told you, we never let anyone else in” the reason she said that, is because another employee GAVE PERMISSION for my mom to enter! which isn’t my fault.
Then pat continued being mean about the situation, and told me that i wouldn’t wanna see her get rude, like wth??
I called Sue the manager to let her know, and she basically agrees with her after not going over the cameras yet? she didn’t fix the issue and also mentioned that we weren’t allowed to stay there anymore, when i was going to stay for 6 weeks for a job trip! it was never about the breakfast, idk why the owner is discussing that in the comments, but yes pat did argue with me about that as well, and also this morning about my key! i guess the old lady likes to argue!
The owners keep saying they are gonna work with the employees to fix their customer service, but when are they actually gonna do that?? be professional, no one is making yall work at a hotel!
Also the hotels are dirty, the towels are dirty, the blankets, etc.
La quinta inn is right across the street! i would recommend that hotel!! also the room service staff is so sweet! probably the only ones that really care & i guess i could see why!
Do better and fix it! because yall only have negative comments on here! which explains it, i should have checked the reviews first!
so glad to say i wont be staying here anymore
The room and the hallway was stanky and musty as heck. It smelled like somebody smoked an entire pack of Newports in the room right before I got in there. The elevator also smelled perpetually like unwashed human. It looked decently clean otherwise but I booked a different hotel after a couple of hours because the smell was absolutely unbearable.
