Place was very clean bathroom is beautiful beds are comfy and the owner has great customer service i will definitely be checking into this hotel room again. It's in a good location got stater bros and some fast food by you and room comes with a nice fridge size so if you plan on staying longer then expected 10/10
I have stayed here twice, and this is an absolutely lovely, peaceful, well-maintained place to stay when you're visiting the area of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. I would even recommend it as a more affordable stay if you're doing business in Palm Springs, since it's a short drive away.
Mike and his family at the front desk are always friendly and helpful with a smile and caring attitude. The cleaning staff does a great job and I haven't found any unpleasant surprises in that regard.
There are a lot of details I noticed around the property - murals, sculptures, and the kind of little flourishes that elevate the aesthetics and create a pleasant mood. There's a sweet courtyard next to the pool with chairs and tables to picnic outside, and which is surrounded by pleasing landscaping. The landscape and pool lighting at night are also very subtle and create a great vibe.
And my favorite touch is the arches that surround the downstairs rooms are ringed with Jasmine, which I can't wait to experience them blooming when I visit next spring.
Overall, the kindness of the owners, the little details of aesthetics, and the always fair pricing make this my first choice when I visit the area. Highly recommend.
Very nice experience! We stayed here when we were attending a concert nearby. The location is close to the local shops and restaurants. We booked a theme room, and it was awesome! The room was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with plenty of towels and travel items. The jacuzzi tub was lovely and added to the theme perfectly!. The grounds were well-maintained, and the pool was a perfect temperature and all ours. This is nice place to stay. For a little extra fun, get a theme room. The owners are really helpful. Upon check in, both called to see how we liked the room. I realized that I had forgotten my fan, so I called the front desk. They were so kind, and let me borrow the lobby fan,.(It helps me sleep), We had an excellent time and hope to return soon.
Business is shady, manager is super unhelpful. When I initially booked over the phone I never got an email confirmation of it despite giving my name number and email. A woman answered the phone and took my info but I got no confirmation email nor the cost of the room before she hung up. I had to go for a wedding so I figured it didn't matter at that point. However, I had to cancel my trip, and the lack of this confirmation backfired. Because I booked over the phone, not online, I wasn't informed of the cancellation policy, and the woman who took my call barely spoke English, I don't even think she could communicate the policy. Nor did I have confirmation that my reservation was placed.
For my travel insurance claim they're asking for paperwork regarding this hotel, and despite calling the manger, I have no access to the paperwork I need in order to file my claim, nor does he have any interest in attempting to send any official paperwork. From the get go it felt shady, and now I can confirm the business is shady. I can't comment on the quality of rooms or location, but the service is less than to be desired. Even after the charged me for the room I didn't use, I never received an email receipt until I had to chance them down a month later for it.
Loved the hotel , the gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was nice and had a great size refrigerator and microwave. Super quiet at night for a great night sleep and a great location .
My husband and I called this Property, the woman who answered the phone told us the rooms were $88.We get there this afternoon at 3:20pm to find out that they were a $180 dollars They told us we didn't need a credit card on the phone, but we got there. He said IDs and credit card i said I called last night and you guys said you didn't need credit cards. Yes, we'll take cash. That's when he tried to Upcharge me and did not ask me for a credit card again. Then, when my husband said what happened, he said in a very strong accent. No white man.I don't know what you're talking about? Then throw my husband and I's IDs back at me

I stayed here for a wedding and was extremely satisfied with my stay. The rooms were clean, and check-in/check-out was very simple. Also, the complimentary coffee in the lobby was appreciated. Would happily stay here again.
