Good - The location is excellent - just off I-40. The woman at reception was very cordial. She noticed that I walked with a cane and gave us a room on the first floor, near the entrance. The room was "dated" but clean and the beds comfortable. Despite being near the interstate and a busy road on the other side we didn't hear any road traffic and the night was exceptionally quiet. From the parking lot there is a walk thru to Cracker Barrell which is convenient.||Bad - The breakfast was pitiful. Bad coffee, powdered creamer and sugar in a cardboard container that was falling apart. All that was out was 3 pieces of white bread, packets of jelly, some small muffins, 4-5 tiny oranges, 2 choices of dry cereal, a gallon of milk in the fridge (nothing else), a waffle maker with syrup but NO butter. Very disappointing. We don't mind paying a bit more for a hotel room when breakfast is included but this was overpriced for the shabby (albeit clean) room and horrible breakfast.||Helpful

Dear [Super.com Customer Support/Supervisor at America’s Best Value Inn],
I am writing to formally request a full refund for my reservation at America’s Best Value Inn, Jackson, Tennessee, booked through Super.com for November 6th to November 7th. My stay was abruptly cut short due to the unacceptable and hazardous conditions encountered upon arrival.
When my daughter, my 7-month-old grandson, and I checked in, the young woman at the front desk, though pleasant, provided us with keys that were noticeably reused and in poor condition, marked with faded and overwritten numbers. Upon entering the room, we were met with deeply concerning conditions:
1. Unsanitary Environment: Fecal matter was visibly spread on the walls, creating an immediate health hazard.
2. Safety Hazards: The window was shattered, and the screen was cut open, raising serious security concerns.
3. Damaged and Broken Furniture: The room contained broken furniture, further indicating neglect.
4. Unclean Beds: Both queen beds appeared to have been previously used, presenting an unhygienic sleeping environment.
These conditions were appalling and posed a significant threat to the health and safety of my family, especially my young grandson. We immediately reported our concerns to the front desk. The attendant apologized and suggested we contact Super.com for a refund, assuring us that she would verify our experience with management upon your inquiry.
We left the premises and sought alternative accommodations that met the minimum standards of safety and cleanliness. Due to these unacceptable conditions!
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value safety, security, and peace of mind for yourself and your loved ones. Despite my numerous attempts to seek reimbursement due to the extremely poor and unsafe conditions during my stay, the management has consistently refused to address my concerns. The hazards present posed serious safety risks, and I spent my time worrying and making other arrangements. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place, do not consider this location. Your well-being and security should always come first.

SummerKitchens review is spot on. This Inn needs to be reported to the BBB. It needs to be shutdown.
Upon my arrival, I could smell a heavy scent of marijuana in the air. When I entered to Lobby, the Indian receptionist was high as a kite. He appeared kind and seemed to be a helpful person. Once I entered the room, sat on the bed staring at the deplorable... disgusting... musty room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in week's ago... I realized there's no way I'm going to get a good night sleep. Then I turned over the covers to find bed bugs. I flew out of that room so fast it wasn't even funny. I asked if I could have a refund. He gave me my $50 deposit back, though not the $97.54 because he said I sat on the bed. I was in that room for about 10 -15 minutes top's! I couldn't believe he wouldn't give me a refund. Absolutely appalling!
This Inn is a complete rip off! I highly recommend jus driving...

When I looked online it looked great! Called and spoke to a gentleman who said when I arrived I would have a kitchen & double room, also told i would receive the military discount because my son is a disabled veteran. Got here to check in and the man was utterly rude. Told me all he had available was a single room. Would not honor the discount. The room is disgusting and tiny, do NOT believe the photos. The shower has hair all over it. Hair is embedded in the towels. The "laundry" is one washer and one dryer that is always occupied. The free continental breakfast is ridiculous. Whole rotten looking fruit and a pot of black coffee. Will not say when a double room will be available. Not sure there are even any. They will not refund your money!
Bed bugs, no refunds, changed rooms to see cockroach sheds, window cracked.Don’t waste your money.

I wish I could do 0 stars. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB. The place was completely disgusting!!!! I booked two nights, and couldn't even stay one. There was a sticky brown substance everywhere in the room. The showers were not clean, nor was the microwave, or table. The couch and floors were stained. There were crumbs in the handles of the doors.
The clerk offered to have the room cleaned, but nothing short of a deep clean would allow me to stay there. The place smelled of stale cigarette smoke as well. In a non-smoking room. I'm a non-smoker and could not handle the smell.
I tried calling the manager the next day, was told to call back on Monday. I called Monday, asked for the manager, was told I was speaking to them. Proceeded to explain the situation and ask for a refund, or a partial refund at least. Was hung up on. Called back, hung up on again! Called back, was told the manager "wasn't in". Then hung up on. I called back and now they won't answer my call.
Save yourself the money and trouble.... DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!
I made a reservation then I got there and had to pay a 50 dollar deposit was asked for and I’d and when he seen I was 18 he got an attitude and said I had to be 21 I told him I was just trying to sleep then was told to wait while he called his manager and he called his manager and said no I asked what was going to happen with my money and he said contact the 3rd party company I book for that that wasn’t his problem . So I have to be 21 to travel alone? I really don’t know how there still in business with all the bad reviews
This hotel was horrible!!!! It had a terrible smell, trash can was right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor and smelled awful, roaches were in my room, home-made closet w/2x4s. shower didn't work, all kinds of holes throughout the room. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen!!!!!! Very unclean!
