Fine for a quick overnight just to get back on the road. No shower towels, one wash cloth. Pretty clean, not spotless. AC was the best. It cooled down really fast, and stayed cold all night.
I booked this stay on priceline for my wife and stepdaughter to break up their trip to come see me. I don't normally read the reviews, because I've never had an issue with booking an express deal.
My wife called me when she got to her room.... She found a toenail on the bed. She said the floor didn't look like it had been swept or mopped. There were people smoking weed right by the doors. Only one pack of coffee with no stirrer or creamer or sugar. Only one towel and one washcloth in the bathroom. The pool was all shut down. There is NO breakfast at all served, so don't believe it when it says complimentary breakfast. The front desk attendant was also not helpful at all.
OH! And there's no phone in the room for them to call the front desk or police in case of emergency.
TERRIBLE experience overall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Edit: my wife was checking out while they were cleaning the rooms and she witnessed them using a grocery cart, with no cleaning supplies, and after throwing out the dirty towels, they just made the bed up without changing the sheets.....
This was the most horrible place I have ever stayed. They said there was a continental breakfast, which there was not anything there but coffee and I sure was wanting some orange juice and a sausage biscuit or just a doughnut would’ve been nice. As to the pool, I have been asked the clerk why they hadn’t opened the pool yet and he said they couldn’t afford to open it. OK now for the room first off the sink was horrible. It looked like it had never been cleaned and when I took a shower, a roach was running across the tub and I killed it with the shower curtain. One picture is of the roach I killed and the other picture is a live one crawling on the wall after he had just left the table eating him some chicken.
Filthy. Our room clearly hadn't been swept, the single bath towel, single hand towel, and two washcloths (for two people) were stained, and the sink counters were dirty and gritty. The blanket on one bed had sparkly glue on one corner, and cigarette burn holes on it and the brown bed cover. The light wasn't working in the bathroom, and we had to go get a new bulb from the office. The bathtub was so slippery when trying to shower that my 20-something daughter had to brace herself to keep from falling. We had to buy a tub mat from Walmart so that I could actually bathe safely.
The refrigerator is a decent size and would be great except that the freezer is full of frost, and the dial on the refrigerator has been removed so that the temperature can't be adjusted. The coffee pot has one single serving of coffee for two people. No sweetners or cream or anything to stir with.
There are no hangers in the closet and no drawers for clothes. Not even a stand to put up your open suitcase to try to live out of that instead. There is one shelf under the microwave and one shelf on the only (shared) bedside table. There is no place for clothes or shoes.
We just came back to our room after spending the day at Crater of Diamonds Park. The room hadn't been touched by housekeeping. So we have to go down to the office to get clean towels, hand soap, trash bags to empty our trash, and a broom to sweep the room. We are booked here from 4/4/24 - 4/9/24... five nights. At this rate, they're either going to pay me for my time cleaning and the cost of making the bathroom safe... or refund every dime. This is a dump. If it wasn't the eclipse weekend, I'd get another room.

Oh yeah... the toilets backed up for three days. Not just ours. Folks around us were complaining, too.
Our room wasn't touched by housekeeping once during our five night stay. Not once.
Don't stay here. Ever.
The overwhelming smell of Fabulouso…is not so fabulous! It’s an ok place for a quick sleep. The bed is hard. It’s loud and I could hear everything from the people on every side. The front desk guy was nice! It’s was way more expensive than it should have been!!
Honestly this is an OK place to stay for a night or two. My only issue was the blanket and the curtains had multiple burn marks (holes) on them which is not a very pleasant sight :(
The bed was comfy though and the front desk was super friendly.
We got stickers from Hope Arkansas. We stayed for 2 nights during the total solar eclipse! Inside of rooms were clean and safe and decent price! Kids were upset pool was closed during spring break, but I was ok with that.
It was better than I expected, very clean, and good pricing.
There were little stains in the sheets but it wasn't dirty at all. It smelled good ????
They are doing maintenance the front desk area and the exterior looks bit old but the room definitely was worth it
