This is a motel not a hotel, and it did the job for two nights. Definitely won’t say it’s the best or worth a stay again. Staff was nice. The rooms need an upgrade, strong smell of aggressive cleaner or roach killer made us very congested for days and that includes family staying in the adjacent room. The shower sprays water to ultimately to soak the entire room. The A/C was functioning as well as the TV, but there is no wifi. I wouldn’t feel comfortable sitting on the furniture it looks like it has never been cleaned since its probable purchase in the early 2000s. The bed was ok and staff agreed to provide extra blankets. Over all I think the price was too high for the quality or lack there of. No amenities and it is run down.OH TIP TO THE COMPANY: educate your staff that it is extremely angering to call anyone at 8am to ask if cleaning should be done in the rooms. People in motels generally don’t want to be woken up unless asked! That was probably the worst part of the entire stay.
My second stay and definitely will be a return customer. The customer service was above and beyond. After traveling to the area once a month for six months I finally found a place to stay that doesn't have hidden fees, is up front and honest. The room has been clean and stocked on each visit. The desk clerk working tonight went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a big day tomorrow. Not only did I find my go to place when in town but I have made a new friend. Thank you again for everything!
Don't even think about staying here ! Roaches from tiny to large enough to fight the shower for. Evidently it wasnt just me, as I was walking along ground floor I met a member of management coming down the stairs with a can of roach spray. Shower handle would spin around without working, or it would work and not turn off. Turned priblem into front desk and it was tightened but still had to find sweet spot to turn off. No smoke detector, it had been removed. Sink faucet was bad loose, would move back an inch before ever turning on water and same way to turn water off. Pool was green around edges and slimy on the inside with algae growing like weeds on inside. Front desk was closed ALWAYS, had to use outside to conduct business which was hard to hear with road noise and truck stop traffic. Front office area even closed at breakfast. Don't let fresh paint on outside influence you into staying, as putting lipstick on a pig expression comes to mind. Ice maker old and never had ice available, or might barely cover the bottom of ice bucket. Acted like never heard of my reservation online. The final insult, which is just nitpicking , was TV remote only worked up close and infront of TV. You've been warned ! Now this fine review I've given them will be glossed over like the other bad ones. If they really checked into them, a representative would have already been on-site until these problems are corrected in all rooms, and management practices improved.
The male owner, I assume, is rude. We checked in after 3 pm. The room was hot. The AC on high an hour later we complained about AC not cooling blowing warm air. We were told it's just too hot out. A little later, we complained again and was brought a box fan. We complained again to be moved it was just too hot. The owner got really mad he moved us, but threw the room key to me instead of handing it to me just rude and uncalled for. The pool was slimy. But the 2nd room was cooler. We will never stay at this place again, not worth it.
The owner got mad because I wouldn't let him pet my dogs. He was really rude. Then he told me I could only stay one night. I was only staying there until I got my ac fixed. It's really disappointing. I could only stay one night because I don't like strangers petting my dogs.
Do NOT trust these people. They straight up lied to me about my reservation. Told me that Priceline cancelled it.
Turns out these scumbags cancelled it and blamed it on Priceline.
Just nasty people. I travel here weekly and will never use this dump again.

A,C shower microwave and clean room & affordable $85.00
I would stay away from this place at all costs. Can't really rate anything other than check in has taken over an hour, still sitting in the parking lot
